We were announced to pay 45 Franks for dog then extra 35 for parking and it seemed very greedy for the hotel. Bed wasn’t a ready for child so had to wait and wait. Amenities very basic and minimal. "I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"I've stayed here before. It's a quick 10-minute bus ride from the airport, just 3 or 4 stops. It's also very close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk. There are 2-3 supermarkets nearby, and right next to the hotel is a Turkish restaurant with good food, if you like Turkish cuisine. This time, the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Note that the city tax must be paid by card; they don't accept cash. When I opened the room door, the bed was tall and narrow, and with the red and white color scheme, it looked exactly like something out of a European TV show or movie, which actually made me a bit scared to sleep. The room was small, and the layout was impractical. My knee hit the metal edge of the sink when I was getting out of the bathtub, scraping off a layer of skin. The toilet was also awkwardly placed. The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible; it would connect and immediately disconnect, then I couldn't connect again at all. The mini-bar drinks were all complimentary, which was a nice touch. Although it's next to the airport, the noise wasn't too bad; by the time it got noisy, I was already out. There's another hotel near the airport that's my first choice, it's excellent in all aspects, but it was fully booked. So this was my second choice, and it's fine for a transit stay."

"TLDR: The free hotel shuttle operates from 04:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 23:00, with buses every 20 minutes. The journey to the airport takes approximately 6 minutes. The last free shuttle from the airport departs at 23:10. You can find it at the Hotel Shuttle area outside Arrival 1 – just follow the signs. Look for a minivan with the hotel's logo and the driver will let you in. Although the airport's information board stops updating after 23:00, this last shuttle still runs. The hotel service itself was very good. Staff were at the front desk to check me in, even at 11 p.m., and communicated flawlessly in English. However, the hotel requires a 100 CHF deposit (by card or cash) upon check-in, which is refunded at check-out. I wish this had been clearly stated on the website beforehand, just like the 3.5 CHF city tax. The room was much more spacious than I expected, closer to the size of a standard twin room, though it did feel a bit empty with only one bed. The ”single bed” felt more like a narrow double, possibly big enough for two small children. The two pillows were extremely soft—a bit too soft for my liking; I had to stack them to prevent my head from sinking too deeply. The only light source in the room was a floor lamp in the corner, with no overhead lighting, making the room quite dim at night. The facilities were well-maintained but clearly showed their age. A table, cups, kettle, slippers, wardrobe, hangers, tea bags, and soap were all provided, and there was even a bathtub. However, there wasn't a separate shower enclosure; you had to shower in the tub with a hard partition closed. Despite being on the ground floor, the outside parking lot was quiet at night, and privacy was good with an extra curtain drawn. The only reminder that you might have overslept was the roar of wide-body aircraft taking off from RW16 as they flew over the window in the morning. There's a restaurant and a sofa area next to the lobby where you can wait for the shuttle. However, aside from the parking lot and tram stop, there's nothing else around the hotel—not even a place to buy a sandwich. The front desk advised me to get any other necessities at the airport. Overall, the room was very comfortable. Compared to similarly priced airport capsules, spending an overnight layover in this spacious room with a comfortable bed felt like excellent value for money."

Since staying near Zurich HB is too expensive, this place is an excellent alternative. It would be helpful if the hotel sign had a bit more lighting, as it's not very visible at night."
