"We upgraded to a Deluxe River View King Room. The environment and facilities were very high-end, and the river view was absolutely stunning. We really liked the welcome fruit and gifts. The toilet was smart, the coffee machine was heavy and premium, and there was even an air purifier. In short, it had everything you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with many freshly prepared dishes that were all delicious. There was a special menu on the table, and everything we ordered from it was great! The hot dry noodles, fresh congee, burgers, croissant sandwiches, Napoleon pastries, and cheesecake were all tasty… The only thing was that the freshly made shrimp wontons might no longer be available, and the menu hadn't been updated in time. The staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and profusely apologized, which made me feel a bit embarrassed. Thumbs up! Also, this service of providing a special menu is really good! Otherwise, entering the restaurant and facing such a wide array of food, it's hard to know what to choose. Just a few suggestions: 1. Provide self-service laundry. This is the only area where it's less convenient than other typical hotels. 2. The quality of the toothbrushes needs improvement; they shed bristles a bit. 3. I'm not sure if it's the temperature control or another issue with the air conditioning, but it starts off very cool, and then gets a bit warm later in the night."

The room facilities are new and well-maintained, with all appliances and bathroom fixtures working perfectly, ensuring a very comfortable stay. "The staff really deserve a special mention! Luna at the front desk was incredibly warm and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, patiently explaining all the hotel facilities and local attractions. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly addressed, and her service was perfectly balanced – attentive without being intrusive. You could truly feel the five-star professionalism in every detail; it was incredibly thoughtful. When we checked out, Linda in the lobby was also very friendly, asking about our stay and even gave us a small gift. I also need to thank Eric from concierge for helping me find my lost bag – I'm so grateful! The hotel itself is stunning, with French-inspired architecture blending beautifully with views of the Three Gorges. The ambiance is elegant and peaceful. The lobby design is very artistic, and the landscaped garden paths and lawns are beautifully arranged. My absolute favorite was the outdoor pool – it's massive and very impressive, perfect for photos! The value for money here is exceptional. Le Méridien will definitely be my top choice when I visit Yichang again."

There are plenty of spaces, so you don't have to worry about finding parking or struggling to find a spot, which makes traveling by car incredibly stress-free. What's even better is that parking is completely free during your stay, with no hidden fees or extra charges. It's truly economical and convenient for guests traveling by car."

"Come to Taohualing Hotel for vacation during the May Day holiday, the experience is perfect! The environment here is quiet and pleasant. When you open the window, you can see green everywhere. It feels like you are in a natural oxygen bar, which makes you relax instantly. What is even more surprising is the super thoughtful service. Li Ying from the lobby is enthusiastic and patient. She helped me solve various problems and contacted the mail in time for the leftover items. Dai Jinyan from the front desk checked me in efficiently and gently. Lu Jianjun from the housekeeping department provided meticulous service and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. From check-in to check-out, every detail makes people feel warm, highly recommended!"

"After a Yangtze River cruise ending in Yichang, I couldn't make it back to Shanghai in time, so I decided to stay a night in Yichang. After comparing options on Ctrip, I chose the Westin Hotel. The hotel is located next to the urban-rural area, is tall, and built by the river. The staff provided excellent service; they thoughtfully upgraded us to a river view room upon check-in. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the river view room directly face the Yangtze River, offering beautiful scenery. A special thank you to Nancy! The hotel facilities are great, and the room amenities are complete, relatively new, and very clean. There's also an executive lounge on the top floor (51st floor). Downstairs, there's a greenway and a park, allowing for direct walks along the river."

"挺好的，這次大年初四從湖北恩施州來鳳縣返回十堰市，途徑宜昌時訂了這家親子酒店，一路上遇到堵車，晚上很晚才到酒店，這家酒店有幾個最大優點，點評一下： 1.床、被子、枕頭。都很舒服，枕頭比較軟，被子厚薄合適。晚上睡得很好，酒店周邊很安靜。 2.價格。這次訂了親子套房，本來價格不貴，加上我是鉑金會員，可以用積分當現金用，最後價格合下來才249元一晚，性價比超高了。 3.早餐。親子套房自帶2份早餐，小童加早餐25一人，早餐基本品種都有，春節期間外面幾乎沒有吃的，在酒店吃就很方便。 4.親子（房間）設施。馬桶帶有小童座椅，挺人性化。酒店送的親子洗漱用品也很不錯，都是小份便攜裝的。親子套房有一張1.8米、一張1米的床，我們家兩成人、兩小孩，就需要這種搭配，房間裏面還有小帳篷、小童玩偶、一個沙發，沙發我們晚上是放在床邊靠着的，怕孩子從床上掉下來，起到防護作用。房間內及酒店大廳還有免費零食，這也是之前網友評價過的。 5.停車。就在負一樓車庫，電梯直達房間，前台登記免停車費。 總之，這家酒店各方面都挺人性化的，性價比也很高，網上之前的評價是非常客觀的，值得推薦！"
