The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
