Breakfast had a good variety and was served quickly. There are even squirrels hopping around the hotel! The pool is warm and convenient. There are sun loungers around the pool, and the sun shines directly overhead, perfect for tanning. Beautiful sunsets, and a beach nearby with loungers you can use if you order from the cafe, where you can relax and swim. It's close to the airport, making it ideal for a rest before departure or after arrival. The sea in Negombo was the warmest we experienced during our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka."

"We initially booked this hotel for just one night before continuing our journey through Sri Lanka, but as soon as we stepped into the room, we immediately extended our stay for another night! 😊 We're traveling as a family with a 2-year-old child, so comfort and convenience are especially important to us. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth before we were shown to our room. From the first moment, it was clear—they truly care about their guests here. The room turned out to be incredibly cozy and spacious: two separate bedrooms, and a private kitchen with a refrigerator—perfect for traveling with a toddler. The room has absolutely everything you need: toiletries, dishes, frying pans, a pot, and cutlery. We particularly appreciate the four air conditioners, which kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable on a hot day. We had been traveling for a week and had accumulated a lot of laundry. The hotel staff kindly offered to wash our clothes for free, right there at the hotel. And when a drying issue arose, they quickly bought a floor drying rack for us, also completely free of charge! This level of care and customer focus is truly rare. A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, assistance, and attention to detail! We will definitely be back on our way home ❤️"

"The room was clean and tidy, with a balcony perfect for drying clothes. It had both air conditioning and a fan. The only thing was the bathroom was outside the room, but it was spacious and very clean. The host was really welcoming, helped us with our luggage, and even lent us a hairdryer. They kept saying to let them know if we needed anything."

"I got off the plane late, because I had to go to the fish market in Niganbu early, and I specially set this place. As the first night of landing in Sri Lanka, the hotel was very good. The door is open sideways, not very obvious. The reception was very warm and I kindly exchanged travel advice when I checked out. The facilities are not complete, there are no dental appliances, the wooden door needs to be locked with a key, but it is very clean, and the bed table bathroom in the whole room is spotless. Bring a small restaurant with a bright window, go out to the fish market seven or eight hundred meters, close to St. Mary's Church. More cost-effective"

"We had a good stay here and found it very convenient as a transit stop before my flight. The location is close to the airport, which made it a great choice for a short stay. We arrived around 6 pm and left for the airport at 11 pm, and everything worked out smoothly. This is a family house where the upper unit is rented out for guests. The owner was very accommodating and kind throughout our stay. He arranged both pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable price and regularly checked in to make sure we were okay. We also really appreciated his understanding when our toddler accidentally stained the bedsheet. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for transit travelers."
