Had an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed. The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕. Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

This time I had a great experience staying in this hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you will feel warmed by the enthusiasm and dedication of every service staff. The self-service laundry service at night is so considerate. The aunt in the laundry room also took the initiative to use a steam iron to help me iron my clothes flat. Perfect attention to detail! The cleaning lady always greets us warmly every time we meet and does her job very meticulously. The guy directing traffic at the hotel entrance sticks to his post regardless of sun or rain to ensure smooth entry and exit. The lady at the front desk patiently answered questions, handled procedures very efficiently, and provided very thoughtful service! I originally wanted to stay longer in the hotel to enjoy the comfortable environment, but I had to rush to the tourist attractions and taste the local specialties, so I had to leave early. I sincerely recommend this hotel with first-class service. I will definitely come again next time! A family of four from Hong Kong.

The good-looking lady at the front desk provided very good service. I arrived at the hotel at about 1 o'clock and checked in early. The room was very clean and the whole house was smart. The smart toilet did not have a disposable toilet seat. The ventilation in the room was not good and it smelled like decoration. A taxi ride from Jokhang Temple costs 8 yuan, a taxi ride from Inner Mongolia Museum costs 19 yuan, Zhaojun Museum costs 29 yuan, and the airport costs 22 yuan. It is a very convenient place. The breakfast was good, with local milk tea and haggis soup. I still remember the taste of haggis soup. I will stay here again next time I go to Hohhot

At the same time, the service quality demonstrated by the hotel staff is even more first-class. What is impressive is that when we checked in, the comfortable twin room we booked was upgraded to a light luxury twin room, which is rare and ”high-end”; the floor-to-ceiling windows are particularly good, and you can see the scenery outside. The night view is particularly beautiful with bright lights. When they heard that we had foreign accents, the front desk gave us free breakfast to experience the local food characteristics. The food provided by the hotel is exquisite and unique, and special snacks such as ”mutton offal” and ”shaomai” are in no way inferior to the authentic flavor of ”Kuanxiangzi Food Street”. We also gave them welcome fruits such as bananas, yogurt and apples. The whole hotel feels fresh, comfortable and cozy. We think it is a great hotel worth recommending and experiencing.
