The hotel elevator goes directly to the 6th floor, where there's a popular cafe that's perfect for photos. Atour is a chain, so it's very clean and well-equipped with a light luxury feel. The Dyson hairdryer, high-quality pajamas, Peet's coffee, and a coffee machine are all highlights. Most importantly, the hotel also offers a video shoot of the 'dryland scallion pulling' experience, a welcome gift, and afternoon tea/coffee! There's also a butler service; you can just WeChat them if you need anything. Truly excellent! 👍🏻"

"The service here is incredibly comprehensive. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to the action, and the facilities are excellent. They even provide an oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a thoughtful touch, and the room views are absolutely fantastic. My only minor suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast selection. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Lhasa."

"This time I came to Lhasa to stay, I was particularly impressed by the hotel's hygiene and linen. The room was cleaned very cleanly as a whole, the ground, tabletop, and bathroom were not dusty, the corners were also cleaned in place, the bathroom was dry and smellless, and the living was very safe. The quality of the linen is satisfactory. The sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases are soft and skin-friendly. They look clean and flat, without yellowing and stains. At first glance, they are changed for each guest. The quilt is moderately thick, it is very comfortable to sleep at night in Lhasa, the pillows are soft and hard, and the rest is very good. The towel bath towel has a good texture, clean and dry, no smell, and it is safe to use. The hotel takes into account the characteristics of the plateau, and the room is fully equipped with oxygen to relieve the discomfort of the first time to the plateau. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the procedures are efficient, and the problems can be responded in time. "I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels."

"Overall, this hotel is quite good. Its location is very close to the Potala Palace, just a short walk away. It's also not far from Barkhor Street. Parking can be a bit challenging, requiring good driving skills. However, the security guard who directs parking is very nice. The service staff are quite enthusiastic. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and was the best hotel breakfast I had during my time in Tibet. I didn't experience the afternoon tea because we arrived at 7 PM. Free oxygen is available, and they even ask for your arrival time in advance and turn on the oxygen machine an hour or two before you get there. The rooms are equipped with a small tea table, which is convenient for tea drinking. In the hallway, there are various tea sets in a disinfected cabinet for guests to use. We also received some complimentary snacks in the room, which were quite good. I didn't get to experience the sleep aid package. All in all, if you're not driving in Lhasa and want to stay downtown, this hotel is a good choice."

The bedding is comfortable, fresh, and spotless. The bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. The breakfast area is lovely, offering a wide and delicious selection. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and provide service with a smile. The hotel is also very close to the Potala Palace. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lhasa."

"The hotel's location is right in the middle of Barkhor Street, making it easy to walk to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, both about 600 meters away. The breakfast was delicious, and the uncle who cooked the noodles was incredibly warm and helpful, even giving us directions to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. There are plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel, as well as the Lhasa Department Store, which also has good food upstairs. Getting a taxi from the entrance is very convenient. The area around the hotel has many government buildings, so security is also very good."

"I love this hotel. Staff were very friendly and caring. Due to high altitude sickness I wanted to buy Pocari Sweat on Mei Tuan but didn't have a local phone number to place the order, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They also upgraded me to a room with the view of the Potala Palace. The room is nice, clean and spacious with oxygen supply and lots of bottled water provided. There is a big shopping mall 300 meters away (about 10-15 minutes walk) which you can find restaurants there. Free laundry service is a big plus as I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I feel the price is absolutely worth it for the customer service they provided, and I would love to try the hotels under this chain (Hilton) next time when I travel to other cities in the future."

"The bedding at Atour is quite good, but the service is just so-so. They upgraded my room for free, and it's fairly spacious. I'd say it's neither good nor bad, just average. The price doesn't really match the decor."
