The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the breakfast selection was abundant. Staff would proactively refill dishes, demonstrating their attentiveness to detail. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The location, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all top-notch – absolutely no disappointments. "超級滿意，體驗感非常好！ 房間寬敞，佈局動線非常合理，進屋的掛衣區和行李箱放置區很大，光線很好，剛裝修好也沒有一點異味，沙發桌凳既耐臟也有質感，床頭小桌竟然帶無線充電功能，試了下真的能用，床頭的放的書籍選品也不錯。 燈控開關簡潔方便，燈光設計的也很温馨舒適，彌散供氧出口就在床頭，非常方便，唯獨窗簾開關和電話在床的另一側，有點點不方便，也配了加濕器，這個很需要，網速也不錯。 坐沙發和躺床上就能看到布達拉宮，晚上躺床上發呆看着亮燈的布達拉宮非常爽！窗外挨着民居，白天能看到當地人的生活瞬間，也有很多鴿子咕咕叫，自然白噪音聽着很放鬆，到晚上沒關窗也很安靜，房間內很暖和，我4月中旬入住的，一點也不冷。 白天走廊有人路過時説話聲能聽到，晚上基本沒有，住了兩晚都很安靜；床品出乎意料的舒服，尤其枕頭！問了前台，枕頭是亞朵星球商城裡的深睡枕Pro 1，打算入手買了。 洗漱台的材質、衞生間的智能馬桶和淋浴間的裝修顏色與品質都非常喜歡，很新很乾凈！茶水吧標配免費紅茶白茶掛耳咖啡、小零食和4瓶礦泉水，還配了兩個便攜咖啡紙杯，很不錯，用提供的茶具泡了紅茶來喝挺不錯的～ 客房服務響應很快速，不小心打灑了湯在地上，藏族小姐姐保潔員也很快來清理乾淨了，還順帶告訴我要早上去吃藏麪，湯更好喝，非常熱情！ 酒店位置還可以，但離八廓街步行還是有一定距離，差不多10分鐘，酒店旁邊甜茶館川菜館啥都有，也可以叫外賣機器人送房間裏，這次沒吃酒店的早餐，下次有機會來入住時再看看。"

"Highly recommend! The hotel's location is superb, with the room window directly facing the side of Potala Palace. You can virtually 'check in' at the attraction right from your room. The restaurant is even better, with huge windows offering unobstructed views, perfect for a lovely breakfast and a scenic dinner. The fridge has complimentary drinks. Jokhang Temple is just a few minutes' walk away, and Potala Palace isn't far to walk either. Grabbing a rickshaw is incredibly convenient. "I highly recommend the Dong Mawha Hotel! Its location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless, free of any strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The value for money here is simply amazing, I can't recommend it enough! The thoughtful details really stood out: a Kung Fu tea set, an instant hot water dispenser, a washer-dryer combo, a Dyson hairdryer, and they even provided a weighing scale and bathrobes. It made for a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay. I fell in love with this hotel after just one visit and have already recommended it to my friends. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the stool in the room wasn't wiped clean, and there was a hair tie (likely left by a previous guest) in the corner of the sofa. The hair in the shower wasn't cleaned for the entire 3-day stay, which makes me feel the cleaning staff's work needs improvement. Service: The front desk lady was very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was abundant – definitely a highlight! "Feitu: I stayed in the hotel for 7 days and was very satisfied with three things. The first was the service of Xiaochen, a girl from Sichuan. She always gave you the best service anytime and anywhere. If you were short of oxygen, you could ask her. If you wanted to change to a more satisfactory room, you could ask her. If you wanted water, slippers, or a toothbrush, you could ask her. Anyway, she would meet all your needs and make you feel at home. Before leaving, I couldn't help but give her a lamb 🐑 plush toy. I hope she likes it 💕. The second thing is that the hotel is very clean and tidy. The bathroom and the bed are separated, and the view is great. I was in a sunny mood every day. "It's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around."
