"This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍"

"A truly perfect stay! The location is excellent, right next to Lijingmen, making it incredibly convenient to get around. While it's integrated into the old town scenic area, it still feels private and quiet. The hotel's exterior is grand and retro, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. "Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was upgraded to include window. Spacious. Washing machine was fast and efficient dryer. I lost a sock which wasn't found. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Night snack was a few things from breakfast (leftovers?). Location excellent for Longmen Grotto, but far from old town! Only food options are at the train station, not such good quality. Reception staff with very little English and could be friendlier and more helpful"

"Extremely satisfied with my hotel experience. The hotel's location is convenient to everything, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with a very patient front desk staff. They informed us at check-in that the 9th floor was undergoing renovations, but there was no noise disturbance at all. There are many shopping malls nearby, making last-minute shopping very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service; the car was very clean, the driver was punctual and provided great service, and was also very chatty. The hotel breakfast was abundant and tasted good. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"The best hotel to stay in Luoyang, perfect location in the oldtown part of the city. It ais a beautiful newly renovated heritage house turned into hotel. The staffs are amazing, very helpful. My husband got injured during this trip and the staffs so helpful with everything to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Room was quite big for 3 of us, all equipped with smart tech. Staffs speak abit english but there is a translator device and we communicate with wechat so no problem at all. Very recommended place to stay in luoyang"

"This is my second time in Luoyang, and I chose this hotel again. It's even better than my last stay. The value for money during the off-season is exceptional. The breakfast is delicious and the selection of dishes is fantastic; every dish tastes great. I highly recommend the beef noodles, the chilled pork skin jelly, the health porridge, the stir-fries, the custard buns, and the purple rice cake... I even heard people asking if they could come for breakfast even if they weren't staying here. The hotel is right by Lijingmen Metro Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere by subway. It's close to Luoyi Ancient City, Yingtian Gate, and Tiantang Mingtang. It's also easy to catch a bus to Laojun Mountain. The overall service is excellent and very thoughtful. The hotel facilities can all be controlled smartly."
