"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"The hotel has been extensively renovated since my last stay. There is a cool new gym, a laundry room and the pool area is still top notch. Breakfast is generous and varied. Th rooms are really relaxing, with high quality linens, towels, pillows and mattresses making it very comfortable . The combination rain shower/nozzle shower is excellent and the room comes with a huge tv also. I had a courtyard room which has 2 more seats outside but a balcony room might have been just as convenient. Staff are really friendly and the room is cleaned to a high standard each day. Location is excellent. The hotel is across the quiet roadway from the beach which is being upgraded with new sand being spread. The Shaka Surf shop is just outside the hotel for lessons and rentals, and there is a really nice restaurant (Goofy Dog) just beside that. The noise at night might be an issue with small kids but if you want to be in the heart of the ‘scene’ there’s nowhere better to be. I would very highly recommend this as a place to stay in Riyue Bay."

"What a pleasant surprise! We came here for our anniversary, and the hotel's landscaping and decor were so thoughtfully designed, offering picturesque spots everywhere – it really set a fantastic holiday mood. The breakfast spread was extensive, and all the butlers were incredibly nice. Plus, they have four chubby cats! The complimentary travel photographer was also very dedicated, and parking was free for those who drove. Overall, it's excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!"

"We stayed at this home hotel and it was amazing days! The hosts were very hospitality: the girls met us and helped carry a large amount of luggage. The hotel itself we really liked everything clean and stylish. The room is spacious and cozy, chic pool and delicious breakfasts. We would like to thank the whole team separately: it was a feeling that we had been in our family all caring and attentive. We were treated with delicious fruits and coconuts from our own garden. Thank you very much for helping with the delivery of parcels from local marketplaces. I'm used to delivering them directly to the hotel, but on the island everything turned out otherwise the parcels came to the delivery points in 4–6 km. The girl on the resepshen several times went for them and brought us. Thank you for such a warm and hospitality reception! These were the best days of our stay on the island. We will definitely recommend your home to friends and will be happy to come again! 🖤 We spent a very unforgettable few days at this homestay! The boss and staff are super enthusiastic. When we checked in, several young ladies took the initiative to help us carry a lot of luggage. Thank you so much. The hotel environment is very good, the decoration is very stylish, and everything is clean. The room was spacious and warm, the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Living here feels like returning home, everyone takes care of us very carefully. Especially pleasantly surprised, the boss also invited us to eat fresh fruit and coconut in our orchard, super delicious! "The hotel is quite close to the high-speed train station, which is really convenient for business travelers like me. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided excellent service. It was a very pleasant experience overall. The room felt spacious the moment I walked in and was very comfortable. The laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus for business trips, saving a lot of time. I saw there was a gym, but I was too tired to check it out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

I opened the curtains with one click, and the green eyes and sea breeze came on my face, and the healing feeling was full. In the evening, the blues always shoots from the filter. At night, the starry sky lights are on, and swimming like falling into the galaxy. The housekeeper is super intimate, free pick-up and drop-off within three kilometers, and also helps with surfing classes and recommends photo spots. Walk for a few minutes to Riyue Bay, and it is super convenient to go back to the hotel after rushing to the waves. "Just got back from Wanning, so I'm posting this review while it's fresh. First, the conclusion: if you care about your vacation experience and local sightseeing, I don't recommend coming here. Here's why: 1. **Location**: The hotel is on an island in Riyue Bay. After exiting the highway, you'll drive down a narrow beach road popular for surfing. This road is often lined with parked cars, and electric scooters weave through, making it very easy to get stuck in traffic when encountering oncoming vehicles. During peak tourist season, it becomes unbearable, making travel a huge problem. 2. **Lack of Activities**: Apart from the Sunac Chapel, there's basically nothing else to do on the island. There are no beaches suitable for swimming; the actual beaches are outside the island. 3. **Subpar Service**: The hotel's service isn't attentive or detailed enough. (1) The hotel is split into two buildings, A and B, with another building under renovation. When our taxi dropped us off at Building B, we were completely lost, not knowing where to check-in (a sign pointing to Building A would have been helpful here). (2) Buildings A and B are not connected. Guests staying in Building B have to go outdoors to get to Building A for breakfast. During the National Day holiday, we encountered a typhoon with heavy rain, and walking around with an umbrella at the hotel felt incredibly awkward and inconvenient. (3) During check-in, the front desk assigned us a room that was already occupied. A bewildered man suddenly appeared in the room, making the situation extremely awkward. After a long and tiring journey involving planes, high-speed trains, and taxis, encountering this made me very angry. Later, a manager-level staff member came to calm us down, offering a room upgrade and a fruit platter. Overall, the staff (e.g., breakfast staff playing on their phones) and the environment gave me the impression that the hotel isn't really committed to operating well; it felt more like a guesthouse in terms of quality. So, perhaps you should reconsider your room rates."

"The hotel is less than 5 minutes' ride from the train station. There are shopping malls around it, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The room is equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient and the children like it very much. The hotel's hygiene is to change after each guest, which makes me feel relieved. "The Alika hôtel is so serene, perfect for pure relaxation, and Sally had a very good taste for decoration. It blends so nicely with the natural vibe, every corner’s calm. Shoutout to Stephen, our guest assistant, who was insanely attentive and made our trip so smooth. Channy’s morning yoga class was so relaxing too – the best way to start the day in this peaceful setting! Breakfast was top quality, fresh and tasty, and the whole vibe’s just exactly what you need for a chill trip with friends. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting a nature-focused, relaxing escape and plenty of activities."
