"The location provided isn't very accurate compared to its actual spot. The pools are 'boxed in' by the buildings and are smaller than they appear in photos. The front desk person who checked us in was very kind; we asked for a recommendation and it was spot on. However, there aren't enough reception staff to handle the large number of guests checking in and out. We really disliked the system for contacting reception; there's no direct phone line, the switchboard just forwards calls, but no one answers... after trying for 4 days before our arrival, it was impossible to get through."

"Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service. Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry! The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked. I’d fully recommend!!!"

"The property is new, clean, and functional. The reception staff is truly excellent. Super helpful, ready to help, and friendly. The rooms are all new, and part of the resort is still under construction. We had a suite, so it was very, very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was also excellent. The food was fresh, good, and varied EVERY DAY. A meat or fish BBQ was available every evening. Omelets, French toast, and eggs cooked to order every morning for breakfast. The staff was also always very attentive and helpful, smiling, and kind. Every morning, gardeners and housekeepers cleaned the entire area around the pool, watered the gardens, and took care of everything. The pool was very beautiful and clean, and the towel service was excellent. The rooms were also made up and cleaned every day. Fresh towels were provided every day, and within a week, they even changed our sheets. It was a truly fantastic stay. The only ”negative” things (if you really want to find them) were the presence of a few cockroaches in the gardens in the evenings, caused by the numerous plants and palm trees, which were never swept properly or mopped from the floor in the room. I could tell by the hair that remained on the floor. But these are negligible details. Everything else was taken care of and cleaned."

"The room was excellent, beds very good size and comfortable. However the staff were a bit pushy towards the end of the stay. 3 staff attempting to come into the room before the check out was quite unpleasant. Other than that which I’m sure doesn’t happen to everyone the stay was excellent"

"Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!"

"A very large resort a small supermarket but if not all inclusive would be a problem as to getting cabs to the local town could get expensive Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave Overall good resort large pools"

"After this lesson, every time you stay at the hotel to open the safe, you will be careful! Because there will be something inside! Lifelong psychological shadow! Other aspects of the hotel are still very good! and! Lanzarote is great!"
