"What a fantastic place this really is if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday. It is the first time we have self catered in Lanzarote but we will certainly be returning to here. Playa Blanca is such a nice place and we enjoyed it even more this time as Palmeras is away from the busier areas. The apartment was better than we thought it was going to be and had a fantastic sea view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the whole complex is not built up. The pool area is lovely and sunbeds are always available no matter what time you go down to it. The staff are all really friendly including the cleaners. There is a small shop on the site which is open 11-6 for any essential items. This shop is handy as it is the only supermarket in the vicinity which you have to bear in mind when staying here. The arena bar is fantastic and the food served here is very good indeed. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are a few restaurants over the road as well as a brilliant cocktail bar if you want to eat or drink out. There is a bus stop behind the complex if you do not fancy the scenic walk into Playa Blanca centre which runs roughly every half an hour. A taxi back from here will only cost up to 4 euro which worked out cheaper for a family of four. We will definitely return to Palmeras Garden as we all loved it. I couldn’t really fault anything and we all had a fabulous time."

"Firstly fabulous location opposite the beach , that is where the positive ends . The property is dated & very rundown . Room had a musty smell , curtains & upholstery ripped . Very poor WiFi . The room was grubby , we literally spent as little time in it as possible. It’s not a case of you get what you pay for it was €1088 for 9 days ."
