"This is a very new hotel. The large public bath on the second floor is open until 1 AM, and while the men's bath itself isn't huge, it's perfectly fine for a simple relaxation during your trip. The style is actually quite modern. The hotel's breakfast is better than typical Japanese hotels, with many buffet options and about four kinds of fresh fruit. It's not too far to walk to JR Sapporo Station, and there's also an underground passage you can use, though it requires a slight detour."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is directly connected to the airport via the JR Airport Express. Don't listen to previous reviews suggesting you head towards Daimaru department store. Instead, follow my photos to easily find the hotel. You won't even need to cross the street. Just locate the Namboku Line subway, then find Exit 9 through the side passages. When I visited in February, there was a Descente store next to the hotel's elevator. The front desk is on the 10th floor. Breakfast was good, and the hot springs were very relaxing. Most importantly, the hotel is new. Our triple room included executive lounge access, offering red and white wine, coffee, and four snacks including Jagabee (Jaga Pokkuru). We had a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done by 3 PM at the latest. Hokkaido University is a 20-minute walk, Mitsukoshi is also 20 minutes on foot, and the Factory Outlet is a 15-minute walk. We walked everywhere from the hotel."

"The hotel has a back entrance that's much more convenient than the main entrance shown on Google Maps, especially when it's snowing, as it cuts down on outdoor walking. You just walk straight from Lithium Road 7-chome and cross a small street. We stayed in the new annex building this time, and the room was new and surprisingly spacious! It was also very clean. The hot springs are on the 9th floor of the main building and are very relaxing. All the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is great, with Aeon and 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's also within walking distance of Odori and Susukino. There's even an airport shuttle stop within a 10-minute walk. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi in the annex sometimes wasn't very smooth, and videos would buffer a bit."

"This hotel is located right on Tanukikoji Shopping Street, with a side entrance that opens directly onto it, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room had three beds, exactly as pictured, and a three-part bathroom that was clean and tidy. Downstairs, the front desk offered complimentary toiletries and even free hand warmers."

"The room was spacious enough to lay out two suitcases, and the bathroom was clean. We had a view of Odori Park from the window. The hanging space was ample, and the hotel provided ice, a refrigerator, toiletries, and coffee/tea. The breakfast was also excellent, with Japanese options and a particularly delicious freshly squeezed kiwi juice. I've always been a fan of the Roynet brand, having stayed at their hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa, and this Sapporo location did not disappoint either."

"This hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station and 6 minutes from Daimaru Department Store. The location is excellent. The price is definitely higher than hotels in Otaru, almost double. Since I had an early flight, I didn't get to try their breakfast. I especially want to commend the two male receptionists who checked us in and out. Their English was impeccable and very clear, and they proactively asked if we had any other questions. There's only one restroom in the lobby, so if you're in a hurry, it's better to go to your room. Quick tip: Mitsui and Mitsui Garden are two separate hotels right next to each other, so don't get them confused!"

"I stayed at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo from March 2 to March 9, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room had excellent soundproofing, which made it very quiet and comfortable for rest. The facilities were also very convenient, especially the self-service laundry, which was extremely helpful during a longer trip. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the team for their kindness and efficiency — my child accidentally left a phone in the public restroom in the hotel lobby, and the staff promptly helped to locate and safely keep it until we returned. We were truly grateful for their honesty and care. This is a hotel that makes you feel both comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo."

"Have to say it’s a nice and beautiful hotel. Did not try to use the Onsen as I have a full back tattoo. They do offer some sticker patches for 250Yen but that is if your have small tattoo.  We checked in late around 8pm. We asked counter if they could arrange breakfast the next morning. They replied it’s full. When asked if the same reception if she can arranged dinner. Again she said it’s full. But when I walk over and ask the restaurant directly. They invited me in. Not a very good service coming from the reception lady who just said no without checking.  So unless you like Onsen. You can opt for other hotel."

"Before checking in, I thought I overpaid due to the peak season prices, but the actual experience was excellent, so it was worth it. The view outside the room was beautiful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The entire place was new and clean, especially the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room with such care—highly recommend! The machines in the public laundry room were very easy to use, and the hot spring area was super beautiful; the outdoor pools are stunning when there's snow. I was initially worried about the location being remote, but it turned out to be very convenient. Walking out with my luggage, the entire path was the Tanukikoji shopping street, which was very flat. It’s close to everywhere I wanted to go and yet still quiet. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. Guests included Koreans and Japanese. I would definitely stay here again next time."

"We had a good overall stay at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for two adults, making it comfortable for our stay. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the room. Additional items like toner, lotion and cleanser can be taken from the hotel lobby. A hair dryer is also available in the room. (I don’t recall seeing a fridge, so do check if that is important to you.) The hotel also provides shared facilities such as microwaves, vending machines, and washing and dryer machines located on different floors, which is convenient for longer stays. Our stay included breakfast, served on Level 14. The buffet offers a decent variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Do note that breakfast ends at 9am, so it’s best to go early. The location is very convenient. The hotel is near the North Exit of Sapporo Station. The closest exit is Exit 9, but it involves three flights of stairs. If you are travelling with large suitcases, it is easier to walk about 200 metres to the main North Exit, which has better access. The walk is generally easy, though it can be slightly challenging in winter when snow covers the sidewalks. Sapporo Station is connected to several malls and underground shopping areas, making it very convenient for dining and shopping close to the hotel. The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (we used it for same-day storage), which was very helpful. They also work with a third-party luggage delivery service that can send your suitcases to another location (eg, your next hotel) for a fee. Delivery usually requires at least one day, so you will need to plan your itinerary accordingly. This is a useful option if you prefer not to carry large suitcases while travelling between cities. The hotel provides two types of pillows (one soft and one firm). If you are particular about pillow firmness, you may find them either too soft or too hard, so do take note. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient choice for staying near Sapporo Station."
