"I rarely write reviews, but this place was so good I had to! First off, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless, and I really appreciated being able to adjust the water flow on the showerhead. The large TV in the room offered YouTube, Netflix, and more, which was a great bonus. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive. As stated on their website, you really only need to pack clothes for the next day and your skincare products, making it super convenient for light packers. The night view was stunning, and I could see the sea perfectly from my room. The large windows also made for fantastic photo opportunities. The lobby was incredibly stylish, and the staff seemed highly competent and efficient. The Lawson on the first floor had a much better selection than your average convenience store, so you can definitely stock up on food there. This hotel far exceeded my expectations; it was truly wonderful, and I definitely want to book it again! One night felt far too short – it was that good. If I had to nitpick, the bus frequency might be a bit low. The timetable is on their website, so it's worth checking. The last bus from Disney to the hotel at night is around 9:30 PM, and it can get crowded, so you might not get a seat. The taxi stand was also very busy, so I ended up walking from Disney to the hotel. After a day of fun, a 20-30 minute walk was quite the workout (but it's definitely a walkable distance). Additionally, the morning buses (to Disneyland/Sea and Maihama Station) after check-out can get quite crowded, so if you have a tight schedule afterward, it's best to check out with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitely be back to stay again! ^ ^"

"I super like the location is very strategic..nesr to train station, bus station, taxi pick up, near shopping places, near disney entrance. Hope they got a better iron, and add yamato services from the reception. That would be excellent. I super love that the hotel provide foot gel patch, thats very thoughtful since those staying there would have been walking around the disneysea or disneyland the whole day from early morning to night time and sore their feet. In fact my feet were sore. That patch really helps me a lot to recover."

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Disneyland with our two children. We booked a quad room for two adults and two children, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland right from its entrance. Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station. Right by the metro exit, there's a shopping complex with a food court that reminds me of a traditional Chinese snack street. It offers a wide variety of snacks that are inexpensive but very delicious."

"I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning. Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice."

"Stayed at the Disneyland Hotel with my bestie - absolute perfection! The fairy tale magic begins the moment you step into the grand lobby. Our room was spacious and adorable, filled with charming Mickey details, even the toiletries were delightful. The location can't be beat, just minutes' walk to the park, super convenient after nighttime fireworks. Staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommend for friends traveling together - it's a guaranteed way to double your vacation happiness!"

"Booked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!"

"The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle. There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying necessities incredibly easy. There's also a restaurant with very reasonable prices, much cheaper than inside Disney, making dining a great value. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the service is good. I had a comfortable stay and give it a positive review."

"The hotel is near Maihama Station, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to catch the Disney Resort Line. However, we had a little hiccup. On our first night, while waiting for the shuttle, the bus pictured (the one in the photo) arrived. We showed our Ctrip booking to the driver, but he surprisingly told us it wasn't for this hotel. This left us waiting in the cold for 20 minutes until the next identical shuttle arrived before we could board. Also, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told there was no onsen (hot spring), even though I had booked well in advance and confirmed it had one at the time. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were very proactive in resolving the issue later on. I'd definitely stay here again for my next Disney trip!"
