"The Apple Premier Suites Melaka – Review Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or longer stays. Having a washing machine and electric cooker was definitely a plus. Do note that there is a mandatory RM150 refundable deposit during check-in. The only downside was that one of the units had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which could probably be due to the drainage system. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good apartment-style accommodation with convenient facilities and good value for money."

"The hotel has a good location, excellent facilities, and spacious rooms. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Breakfast was also decent. Overall, it's a good hotel. However, the front desk staff were a bit indifferent, which was a significant drawback. Hotel staff, especially at the front desk in a tourist city, should be more welcoming."

"My stay was lovely. Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded. The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night. The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted. The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home. Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving. Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located."

"This hotel is located within walking distance to Jonker Street. Built Melaka, and Stadhuy's, as well as to many cafes and eateries. While one may point to many other hotels populated there. Ibis Melaka stands out above most others with clean and working facilities and amenities. I have stayed in a number of hotels there and I can safely say that the hotel will meet the expectation of many people. The reception staffs are efficient. The cleaning staffs are hardworking. I had a restful stay there."
