"The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last."

"Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus."

It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a functional family-friendly unit. *Cleanliness: 4/5 Good* The unit was generally clean and well-kept. No major issues. Beds, bathrooms, and common areas were tidy on arrival. Good standard for a short stay. *Service: 4/5 Good* Check-in was smooth and the host/management was helpful when we had questions. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. *Location: 3/5 Average* The location was just average for us. It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. "The room is very clean. But still a little disappointment. The Netflix and Premium are not working. Solely depends on Youtube watching from projector. Besides, one of the main issues was the in-room jacuzzi. Every time I filled it with water, there were numerous floating particles, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Given that the jacuzzi is a key feature of the room, I expected it to be clean and properly maintained. This issue significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the management can look into this and improve their housekeeping standards for future guests."

"The stay really gave me a warm and homey feeling. The place was very cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with almost everything we needed. Once we stepped in, we could feel a nice touch of classic and nostalgic charm, which made the whole place feel very welcoming. The facilities were excellent. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided, which was very convenient. The water dispenser was definitely one of my favourite parts. As an Asian-raised girlie, having warm and hot water available anytime felt so comforting. I drink a lot of water, so not having to buy bottled water from the supermarket was super convenient. The kitchen area was also well-prepared, with tableware, dishwashing liquid, and a large fridge. The bathroom was very spacious and came with body wash and shampoo. Another thoughtful detail was the sink outside the bathroom, with hand wash, a hairdryer, and a rack provided as well, which made removing makeup and getting ready much easier. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a steam iron, portable clothes rack, hangers, and a stand fan. There was also a ceiling fan in the living room. The location was great, and the customer service team responded quickly whenever I had questions. Overall, the whole place was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Disposable toothbrushes were also provided, which was another nice touch. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! I rarely give 5-star ratings but Nest Home truly de served it!! I would definitely come back to Nest Home for my next visit."

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the attention to detail truly showed how much effort the host puts into running this place. We even had a birthday party here, and the kids had a blast! The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend! 💯

My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

Very excellent location! Just right next to Paradigm mall and if you are driving in from Singapore like me, the Shell Petrol Station is right there and where you can also do a quick clean up and polish. The house is slightly dusty with some stains and we contacted the owner so they managed to get someone down to clean it. We had a visitor that required an extra carpark lot and the request was accommodated. Delayed response on app at night hence better to call or get the WhatsApp contact after check in which starts from 4pm.

Had received a detailed check in guidelines for collecting the keys and also a video guideline for parking. We were able to sleep comfortably for just a night. The water heater was working well, but the living room’s sofa was not comfortable at all.

Good location as it’s connected to Paradigm Mall. Instructions to the apartment is clear. Futon and its bedsheets can be better. Overall good for a short stay in JB.

The host not very responsive. Promised by 2pm will let me know the letterbox password. But there isn’t anyone response to the msg till check in time. Every other groups got their key before check in except mine. No response till we keep calling and msg them. Finally got someone response and the cleaner still at apt doing cleaning. The both bed at the master room need to change. I can feel the wood below anytime can collapse.
