The ground floor is a mall, and the restaurant and lobby are on the first floor. They charged a 300 deposit, but the front desk only gave me a receipt for 100. Good thing I caught that, otherwise, check-out would have been a hassle. The room was spacious enough, the air conditioning worked great, and there was one Chinese channel on TV, which was from Singapore."
