"I booked a queen room with window but was not expecting it to be so small. First time staying here and probably also my last time. While basic amenities such as towel and toiletries are provided, my only gripe is that the sound proofing is really bad. Every night, I could hear people walking past, closing and opening their room doors, chattering and even vehicles noises along the roads outside the hotel. The bed provided is also very soft and not very comfortable. So sleeping might be an issue for those who need quietness. The good side is, drinking water and some snacks are provided at the lobby for guests use."

"Stayed here for a business trip. Overall it was just average, nothing special. The room was clean but a bit dated, and some furniture looked worn out. Wi-Fi was working but not very fast at times. Location is decent if you have meetings nearby. Service was okay, not very warm but acceptable. Good enough for a short stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again unless needed."

"Cleanliness is not too bad for price paid. Location wise is near Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Ikea. Hotel toilet door is faulty, cannot close tight... Hoping to have more storage areas for toiletries. The sink don't have space to even place rinsing mouth cup. Also the embedded hair dryer when turn on emits bit of smoke, I forgotten to inform reception when check out."

"We enjoyed our stay, this place is in great location. 10mins away from IKEA. Toppen, and AEON Tebrau City. Only 28mins away from Senai Airport. Overall great stay"

"The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! "Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you."

"Stayed here from March 24th to 29th. The experience was very satisfying! The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it was really cool 👍. The internet was also fast and stable—great for work or streaming. The location is also strategic, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"View was ok. The facilities were basic. Nonetheless, the kettle and hot plate not working. Thus no hot water to make hot drinks / cook cup noodles. Furthermore, the whole unit smell of cigarette which non-smokers will not like. Not sure why there was hacking sound till late night 10pm/11pm. Which started again on Sunday morning around 9am.. so was could not sleep in later. Location no too bad to get to the places we wanted go because it ran opposite to the roads that had high traffic jams."
