"The location a short walk from Central Station and a differnt direction for a straight walk along a narrow road that links up with side street and Squares for dining... There was one issue with the shower where water pooled outside the shower cubicle, however would stay again.."

"The hotel is located very close to the airport, which is a big plus, especially on late or early flights. The extra feature is a 24-hour reception, which makes check-in at any time a problem. The rooms are simple but fulfil their task. As for the location and the facilities offered, the prices are really affordable. Good choice for a short stay before or after travel."

"Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the ”main building” wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me."

"Perfect hotel. Wide variety for breakfast, dinner included with main course and a variety of accompaniments (salad, soup or cream, sauces, breads…), unlimited coffee during the day and even a snack in the afternoon. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. The only downside was the shower, it was quite small and the water leaked out of the screen. After a day of freezing temperatures, there is nothing better than finishing it off with the sauna available."

"This is a very retro old hotel. I like the small library in the lobby the most. It provides afternoon tea and coffee. Having afternoon tea here is not inferior to the cafe outside. It is very convenient to be across the street from the station. Walking out of the door is the shopping street of Malmö. I experienced Swedish life in this small town less than an hour away from Copenhagen"

"Location is next to Malmö city center and in between train station Triangle and Malmö C. You need around 15min from both station to the hotel by walk, but during your stay everything else is very closed. The Standard family room is very spacious and includes a kitchen. The room has almost everythig that you need … except for knives, which is a bummer if you really want to cook something. On the other hand the breakfast was amazing and you can take your time until 11am. Services provided were also very good. If you have an early fight, you can pre order breakfast boxes for the whole family. The hotel is highly recommended."

"Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö"

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip! It's about a 5-minute walk from Malmö Central Station, and Copenhagen is about a 40-minute train ride away. The hotel itself is old, but the interior was lovely. The bathrooms were newly renovated and clean, so there were no inconveniences. As with all Scandic Hotels, I personally found the lack of a kettle inconvenient. They don't offer any rentals either. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Copenhagen! Copenhagen is very crowded, so it's perfect for those who easily get tired of crowds. Malmö is calm and not too crowded, making it a pleasant place to stay. It's perhaps comparable to Kichijoji in Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes, so you won't have any problems finding something to eat. It's also more affordable than Denmark, and the cost of living is lower! There's a chain cafe, EspressoHouse, right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. I booked a room-only plan and had breakfast there! It gets quite crowded at night, but it was relatively empty in the mornings."

"We had a disabled room. It was a little bigger and comfortable. Unfortunately, AC missed and it could become very hot. We had a view to the grand square and there people gather kl.03 at night when the exhibits close. It's getting quite noisy because it was so hot in the room that we have to sleep with windows open. It was taxi cars there and after 20-25 minutes it became empty and quiet again. But the location fine, staff nice, rooms clean and breakfast good. So it was a good experience overall."

"First off, the room was really spacious, and the facilities were decent, especially for the price in Europe, which made it excellent value for money. The front desk staff were also quite good, and the location was truly fantastic. However, what really soured my stay was after my friend and I had showered, someone suddenly opened our door with a key card. Luckily, it was another woman, but it happened because the front desk made a mistake. As my English isn't great, I didn't see any acknowledgement from the front desk when I went down that evening. Later, Ctrip customer service intervened and we received 200 yuan in compensation. Still, it wasn't a good solution for the panic we felt that night. Aside from that, everything else was fine. I just hope something like this doesn't happen again in the future."
