It felt almost like a mini library lounge inside a luxury retreat. I also loved the rooms — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The beds were super comfy, the lighting was warm, and the housekeeping team made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. The staff deserves a special mention. "The staff didn't check the booking details properly. We booked for three nights, but the staff said it was only two. What's going on? Plus, they cut off the power in the room, and all our luggage was still inside. We went to the counter, and the staff turned the power back on and unlocked the room, but that shouldn't have happened since we booked online and could have checked the booking details. This is really bad."
