"Weekend trip to Rayong city and this hotel meets our expectations.  The location is 10 seconds walk to Central Rayong mall. Where you could find many food and shopping stores.  Hotel itself is located next to main road which easy to access. But…be sure that you stay upper floor and sea-view room to avoid the noice from the road.  If you drive here, there are plenty of parking lots.  But…not a private one. So make sure you park in sight area even they have a security guard but not safe-guarantee.  The lobby is tiny but not a problem.  The room was surprisingly us.  Hugh. Clean. Perfect for rest.  Nice bed and pillows. Good TV screen and couch.  The bathroom is a little little little bit small but not that bad. The shower was good but…the drainage was not good. There was a little bit flood out of bath floor. So be careful this part, as you may slip on the floor.  Gym, pool, top floor bar, laundry machines, are good.  So far so good.  One of best options when you have a plan to stay in Rayong City.  Highly recommended."

"I've stayed at this hotel three times. The first two times, I stayed in the Premier area. Last time, while walking around the hotel, I saw that the bungalows had great views, so this time I decided to stay in one. I specifically asked a Ctrip specialist to help communicate my preferred bungalow location, and the hotel said they would try their best to accommodate. When I arrived, the location they gave me was indeed good, the second row from the sea. Let's talk about the pros: 1. **Price**: It's the cheapest among all room types. 2. **Location**: Because I specifically requested a spot, the bungalow faced the sea directly. I could watch the sunrise and the ocean right from my bed. 3. **Photo opportunities**: The bungalow area is great for photos, with rocks by the sea, perfect for shallow swimming (be mindful of strong waves). Cons: 1. **Wildlife**: Geckos, ants, and mosquitoes – it's practically a wildlife sanctuary! Don't even think about keeping any food inside. If you do, ants will inevitably line up, and geckos will show up out of nowhere. 2. **Rooftop battles**: Every night, squirrels would fight on the roof, running around and brawling as if possessed, non-stop. 3. **Bird chorus**: With many large trees, birds rest there. When a strong gust of wind blows from the sea, the birds would start chirping for a while. 4. **Distance**: It's a bit far from the hotel's central area. If you're okay with these four points, then the bungalows are a good choice. Now, about the service and public facilities: The hotel's restaurant/bar is excellent. Every night there's a fire show and performances. Five nights a week there's a band, and the other two nights are singing. The prices at the bar are also good, not expensive, with a 10% service charge, which is standard in most Thai restaurants. Since this was my third stay, I didn't have high hopes for the service; it's hit or miss. Some staff are enthusiastic, others are not. On the first day of my stay, the shower water was quite cold, around 37-38 degrees Celsius. I called a staff member, and they found that the only way to deal with it was by reducing the water flow. So, I waited for the front desk to resolve it. Their final solution was to pre-reduce the water flow in the adjacent bungalow so the temperature would go up, and they asked me to switch rooms. I honestly couldn't be bothered to communicate with them further. This problem seems to be specific to the bungalow area; I never had this issue when I stayed in the Premier area. But they weren't very honest about it. One of the bar staff members was truly sullen. No smiles, fine. But when I went to the restroom, a foreigner next to me was locked inside and couldn't get out, calling out loudly for help. I quickly went to them for assistance. I mean, as a customer, I'm helping you solve a problem, right? But after he opened the door, he didn't apologize to the trapped foreigner, nor did he thank me."

"Near a shopping mall. Very kind parking attendant and receptionists. No deposit needed for room. We loved the room’s design. Has a separate toilet room with a japanese style automated toilet. Very big bathtub and also has a shower. The TV is smart tv so my son was able to watch youtube and netflix. Will come back here soon!"

"The location is convenient for me as the nightly food Bazaar is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are big and well equipped with a microwave oven & a set of dining utensils too - unheard of for a hotel room. The gym, pool, sauna are well maintained & popular with guests & locals too. Staff are very helpful with directions, etc. Truly value for money."

"Enjoyed my time here, room was fresh with new furniture. Big swimming pool. Sound isolation was on point, as I didn’t hear my neighbors nor guests from the swimming pool. There are two 7-elevens nearby. Recommend"

"The hotel is very new. Nice, clean and fully equipped with facilities similar to the standard of new hotels in China. The location of the hotel is on Saengchan close to Rayong city and near Laem Charoen Beach. Saeng Chan beach looks better in pictures. It's a hip beach for the younger generation to hang out. The location is good for young locals or foreigners who may travel to Rayong by public transportation. I personally prefer further away from city, a more quiet long beach such as Mae Pim beach or Mae Rum Pueng beach."

"Fantastic hotel; we especially loved the breakfast buffet with its excellent varied dishes. Always plenty to be had. And the dining room was very clean and organized and the staff quite meticulous and attentive. Our room was lovely and comfortable, although it was void of most decor and art on the walls. Excellent soft and cozy bed and the AC was perfect. And I even used the fitness room, which was well equipped. A very clean environment and relatively new establishment. They even have great networks and streaming services on the room's TV. I managed to watch Prime with my active membership. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay. We're hoping to return in the future."

"This is an excellent beachfront resort with a very high standard of service. The staff are all polite and always willing to help. You'll need a taxi to get in and out, as it's quite far from the nearest towns and villages. There's a 7-Eleven about a ten-minute walk away. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind for a few days. The hotel has a terrace restaurant where you can order lunch and dinner, and the prices are reasonable. All three meals can be delivered to your room, and various services can be managed online through the hotel's app. The beach itself is a bit average, the water isn't very clear, and the waves are quite strong, so few people swim in the sea. Most guests stick to the pool."

"Business hotel with a straightforward setup—clean rooms and a genuinely decent size. Soundproofing is solid. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. Breakfast offers a good range of both Western and Asian options. Two small issues for us: the blanket doesn’t breathe at all, so we woke up in the middle of the night in sweat, and the shower water never got quite hot enough. If you just need an easy sleepover, this place delivers good value."
