Deer Trail Lodge, a lovely Beech Mountain cabin with log siding and tongue groove vaulted ceilings, built in 2011 and recently remodeled with all new furnishings and finishes, is ready to welcome your family. The house is small dog, house-dog friendly, with two dogs weighing no more than 25 pounds each allowed with no fee. Larger dogs are not permitted. With a well decorated and cozy 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath layout, including two king suites, one with an adjustable luxury king bed, Deer Trail Lodge is the perfect vacation spot for your family of up to eight people. The cabin is located on a newly paved road with all roads paved to the home (there are several routes to the home, but one route is fully paved) . The updated central HVAC system ensures that guests have a cool summer mountain experience or a warm and toasty winter getaway! It is a rarity for a home on Beech Mountain to have central HVAC system! The two indoor fireplaces offer easy push button remote operation for instant heat. There is no refund for unused firewood. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes and may be necessary for all homes on Beech Mountain. The driveway is flat and gravel. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. • Please note that the owners use a Ring doorbell cameras to monitor the entrance to the home.Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
