"Honestly, I truly think this hotel is excellent. You can check out other hotels, but I'm just focusing on this one. First off, the room type we booked was quite spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Sphere. My room number was 209, so try to request rooms on that side, from 201-209. A tip might help secure one, unless it's peak season and they're completely booked. Then there's the dining. There's a 24-hour food court with at least 20 restaurants, offering everything from Chinese and Japanese to French cuisine. As for entertainment, Vegas has countless shows, so do your own research. But this hotel alone has, I'd say, about 10 performances, including David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, and the Friends Experience. Also, remember that if you're visiting other MGM properties, there's a free tram that runs from 10 AM to midnight. This hotel doesn't have a direct stop, but it stops at a very close MGM hotel, and you can just walk over the skybridge. Do your own planning for that. Finally, this place is massive, absolutely huge, and I genuinely believe it offers great value for money. MGM Resorts owns around 7 hotels, I think? One membership card works across all of them, offering discounts on shows and parking benefits if you're traveling between their properties. You should double-check the specifics; I don't have a car, so I'm just quoting what I saw on Xiaohongshu. Anyway, I highly recommend my room type. It didn't feel old or worn out at all. Oh, and a warning: don't touch anything in the mini-bar or fridge if you don't intend to consume it. They have electronic sensors that will charge you automatically. (Many restaurants downstairs allow you to charge to your room, and if you're staying at an MGM property, some self-serve kiosks for simple meals let you just input your hotel name, room number, and last name to charge it. Very smart!)"

"Flamingo Las Vegas is a great choice if you’re looking for a fun, budget-friendly stay right on the Strip. The location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel has a lively, classic Vegas vibe, and the wildlife habitat is a unique and relaxing touch. Rooms are decent for the price, though a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Overall, it offers good value, especially for travelers who plan to spend more time exploring than staying in the room."

"Just left today after a week long visit with my family, we all loved it. For us it was perfect, yes its at the end of the strip but its on the monorail line which was so convienent and a bonus not getting stuck in traffic. Sahara was modern and clean. Quieter than the central hotels but I found central strip hotels to be very overwhelming and crowded and not enjoyable. We walked around the area without any issues. Our family and I also walked to the art district from the Sahara, yes there were a few characters who were clearly under the influence but they did not cause us any issues, spotted more around freemont street. We did not eat in any of the attached restaurants but we did try out happy hour for drinks which were reasonably priced around $6 and $7 Could not fault this hotel and if returning to las vegas we will definately be choosing this hotel. Hotel also decorated lovely for the holidays"

"The safe box in the assigned room was defective, which caused significant inconvenience. Resolving the issue through a room change took approximately an hour and a half. Unfortunately, due to this delay, I missed the opportunity to see the Bellagio Fountains — which was a key part of our itinerary, as we only had one night planned in Las Vegas. Given the limited time, it was disappointing not to experience this highlight. It’s essential that rooms are thoroughly checked in advance to ensure all services and amenities are fully functional for guests."

"WELL, THE MAIDS CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TWICE AT 9:30AM FOR HOUSEKEEPING BUT CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. THEN SOMEONE TOOK MY RUBBER EAR PODS OF MY HEADPHONES. I THINK THE EMPLOYEES NEED A VACATION OR AN APPRECIATION AWARD OR SOMETHING🤣. ASIDE FROM THAT, I FIGURED OUT THE BATHROOM LIGHTING BUTTONS THE NEXT DAY. THESE DIGITAL ROOMS ARE AN EXTRA STRENUOUS ENCOUNTER FOR TRAVELS. BEING LAID-OFF, I ENJOYED MY KING SUITE WITH THE TEENAGERS ' GRAFFITI.😈"

"The location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water. Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the strip. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad."

"We had an amazing time with the family stayed for five days. The hotel is very clean. This staff is very friendly. Location is amazing close to everything there’s the bus that runs up and down the strip name the deuce you can grab right out front. Our room was on the 23rd floor facing the strip right above the roller coaster. It was a great view and the hotel overall was amazing. I would definitely come back."

"Very nicely appointed room. 2 bedroom suite, very comfortable. Bedding, mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. Main living room comes fully equipped with a kitchen, 4 induction hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, large refrigerator. The living room also has a projector as well as TV with sound bar. Highly recommend for families as there is no casino and the parking is very convenient in the miracle mile self park."
