"My friends recommended this place, so we drove here with our kid specifically for a stay. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was incredibly well-sealed and dust-proof, with virtually no sand inside. The entire room had power and internet, and the panoramic glass windows offered a direct view of the original Tengger dunes. At night, there was zero light pollution, so we could clearly see the entire Milky Way right from our bed. The camp offers free parking and a wide range of all-day activities. During the day, we participated in a desert hiking and study tour, learning about desert vegetation. Both adults and children enjoyed off-road dune bashing, sandboarding, and horseback riding. In the evening, we relaxed on the terrace, and at night, there was a bonfire party and fireworks show precisely on schedule. The butler also provided a complete travel and transportation guide for Shapotou and Highway 66 in advance, making it a hassle-free, one-stop desert vacation. It offers excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to all my friends and family planning to visit Zhongwei."

"We booked the Sand Star Family Twin Room with our two kids, and it was such a comfortable stay! The two beds were spacious, the room was spotless, and during the day we took the kids sandboarding and camel riding. Hot water was always available when we returned to the room, and the internet was fast and reliable. In the evenings, the campsite had a bonfire and fireworks, and the manager even thoughtfully provided directions for nearby attractions. Free parking made driving easy, and we could even look up at the stars from our beds. Choosing this place for a family trip with kids was definitely a great decision."

For desert tourism, staying at a campsite is absolutely fantastic! The tent rooms are economical and offer a great experience. The campsite scenery is stunning, the starry night sky is breathtaking, and the rooms are clean. While the bathrooms and showers are shared, hygiene is acceptable. There are plenty of activities, including a bonfire party and a fantastic fireworks show. A truly 10/10 experience! I've checked it out for you, go for it!

Watching the Milky Way from inside a desert tent was an amazing experience! We played in the sand and went sandboarding during the day, and enjoyed a bonfire and fireworks display at night – the atmosphere was incredible. The owner was very punctual with pick-up and drop-off, and the ability to shower in the desert was a pleasant surprise. The photos were amazing, I'll definitely come back!

The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a wonderfully fresh scent, completely unlike any other hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the sheets were freshly washed, and incredibly new! Most importantly?! The lovely owner was also incredibly kind; she responded to every question instantly and resolved every issue promptly, making me, a visitor from out of town, feel the warmth of the people of Zhongwei! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it—you won't regret it! Hahaha

Super nice looking tent! The customer service lady is also great. She helped me plan the route, take photos and introduce the house! The scenery here is super beautiful, and watching the sunset on the sand dunes at night is so beautiful. There will be a bonfire party and fireworks in the evening, a great desert travel experience! I didn’t expect that staying in a tent in the desert would be so good for the first time!

This stay at Shapotou Xingyue International Camping Base was simply amazing! From the moment you step into this desert oasis, you are deeply attracted by the natural scenery and unique atmosphere here. The design of the homestay cleverly combines traditional and modern elements. The luxury tent we stayed in was not only comfortable and warm, but also equipped with a stargazing skylight. At night, we could look up at the stars in bed and feel the vastness and mystery of the universe. The activities of the base are also very rich. The desert surfing car and sandboarding experience make people feel faster. The bonfire party and starry sky observation have enhanced the feelings between the family. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, and it feels as warm as at home. Highly recommended for those who love nature and adventure!

The location of the hotel is great, opposite the passenger terminal is convenient to go anywhere. Sanitation is clean, the room has no smell, and the sheets and quilts are obviously new. Parking is also super convenient. Although it is a hotel to tell the truth, their service attitude and experience are really amazing to me. Conscience merchants, highly recommended!
