Our personally owned and maintained 1 bedroom (perfect size for a couple or family with 2 small children) ,1 bath, galley kitchen, unit of Bridgewater is an oceanfront condo building located within the 24- hour security patrolled gated community of Litchfield by the Sea. Since we are personally owned and operated, we email you all your check in information ahead of time, so you just have to park the car, open the door, and unpack. No waiting in LONG lines at the reception office!! We are not managed by Litchfield By The Sea, so we have our own personal cleaning company come in and do a impeccable top to bottom cleaning. The unit sleeps 4 max and is located on the 2nd floor with easy access from 3 elevators. Our condo has 2 queen size Tempur-Pedic mattresses, wooden laminate flooring, and flat screen HD TVs in living room and bedroom. The onsite laundry room for the Bridgewater building is conveniently located on the same floor, about 5 doors away. An all season indoor swimming pool is located inside on the first level with a hot tub as well. There are miles of biking. Rentals are available at the Reception building of Litchfield, and paths lead all the way to Murrells Inlet. Walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to many golf courses are all at your fingertips. You have your own private access to the beach from the oceanfront Bridgewater building. Beach chaise lounge chairs/umbrella are avail for rental and will be set up for you at the beach with your name on them. Our condo has a fabulous ocean view, overlooking the oceanfront pool, hot tub and lazy river. You have a wide open view of the Atlantic Ocean.
