New Orleans is only an hour away and is an easy day trip. This home has it all and is in a great location to access everything the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer.Guests have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. The rear of the home has a large balcony with outdoor seating including a table and chairs to enjoy the waterfront view and the wildlife.The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, all cookware and dining ware, traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The backyard area has a private boat launch and dock allows fishing, crabbing and boating right off our dock; it also gives you the ability to launch your boat when you arrive and keep it in the water till you are ready to leave.
