You’ll love how nice, new and clean this home is. The bedrooms are large and spacious, the house is gated, secluded and very private , over 1 acre property. There is nothing in Matagorda that compares. The house very comfortably sleeps 13. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion with plenty of seating. Property is completely surrounded by bamboo for full privacy, feels like your in a tropical jungle. There is a guest house next door that can be rented as well. We expect shoes to be taken off and spills/messes to be cleaned up. Extra cleaning fees will be applied as needed. Owner lives next door.
