There is a nice fenced patio area in the rear with a table and chairs, porch swing, and fountain. The unit has its own separate entrance and is furnished with high end decor and art. Off Street Parking is available; unit is located in the heart of downtown with close views of beautiful buildings (especially nice at night when buildings are lit up with colors). You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors. There is one bedroom with a nice king bed and also a comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area.A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, k-cup coffee maker, etc. Fridge has an ice maker in the freezer.Wi-fi is free (password provided upon check-in) and there is a smart TV in each room. Located 1/2 block from St. Louis Street with great restaurants, Greer's Boutique Grocery store with bakery/deli and a rooftop bar for sunsets. Greer's on St. Louis should have all the food supplies (including wine and beer) you will need. We are one block from Nova Espresso Coffee and two blocks from beautiful Bienville Square and the popular Dauphin St. "Entertainment District". Fishing, Kayaking, boating, water activities are all accessible from the property. Perfect home for multiple families to getaway together and reconnect with the most beautiful sunset views across the river. Pool heating is available as an optional add on for an additional $35 a day. **BOAT/ BOAT RENTAL NOT INCLUDED** ** NO HOTTUB**The pier, grill & smoker are not serviced by the cleaning staff. Please enjoy all amenities and leave these items in the condition you would like to find them when you'd arrive.Guest have full access to the entire property except the locked garage/storage area. The property is regularly serviced weekly by service professionals. Pool/lawn maintenance occurs weekly and pest control bi-weekly. Please allow them to do their job as they will be by during your visit.** The pool is equipped with a pool heater that is available as an optional add-on for $35 a day. When the pool heater is chosen, it is not a hot tub and I don't want you disappointed. The heater will warm up the water to 85 degrees. If it is winter time and cold outside this temperature can still feel cold to some people.**THE SPACEThe home is 2400 sqft. of private living space situated on 1.42 acres. 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed, night tables, dresser and closets. The additional lower bedroom has two bunkbeds that are twin over full with a dresser, desk/office space with a 1/2 bath and the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining room featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 people. There are two full bathroom that both feature a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. There are two living room area's that both feature seating areas and tv's. There is a covered patio facing the pool and beautiful view into the backyard. There is a charcoal grill and smoker for your outdoor grilling needs. The front yard includes a nice wooded area great for the kids to play and in the backyard towards the water there is a huge grassy area. Sit in the swing or one of our rockers and sip sweet tea or a mint julip while watching neighbors stroll by with dogs, strollers, and kids on bikes. The living room is equipped with a 55" HD TV with Roku, and a leather sectional sofa for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking if you want to eat in, with a washer and dryer in case you need to wash a few things. Brew a cup of coffee with the Keurig or drip coffee maker. A large dining room table accommodates 6 people for eating or playing a game. The office, just off the living area, provides a desk and reading area for working or a good book. Upstairs, the Stearns and Foster king pillow top mattress in the master bedroom will provide a good night's rest after a long day. There is also a comfortable reading chair and ottoman to prop your feet up. Both second floor bedrooms have a 50" HD TV with Roku.
