"Everything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy."

"Decline resort hotel, self-driving California Highway 1, did not listen to the comment area, nearly 4,000 oceans, the scenery is OK, Loft two floors, too old, too old, this is not fatal injury, the staff is too careless, too careless, too careless (For example, Figure 5 shows two shampoos in the shower room, no shower gel) I saw the first time I met the front desk and opened a room with guests. I didn’t have to choose the fries burger dinner from the building I stayed in (the resort of Nuoda has only one restaurant that takes into account all dining functions) Walking in the dark, this building that climbed the building to open the door to enter, there were drinks on the living room table, the bed was messy, and a batch was shocked. You know that this is a country where you can bring guns. If there is someone in the room, we will be considered to be private. , Can be justifiable defense. I immediately called the front desk and said that I was wrong. I would send a new room card. The waiter drove the battery car to send the room card and asked three questions (why would the wrong room card be sent? Where is our car? Where is the luggage? Answer three I don't know, even the wrong room card is not recovered and left. ) My husband was angry and ran to the front desk with his son. After negotiating, he asked the manager to reduce the room rate for half a day. Because my son was young, he encountered this problem for the first time and did not leave the promised person's name and title phone. The next morning, I checked out and changed a staff member. I said that the previous class was not handed in. I don't know about it. In the end, I was a tug, saying that we could give us a reduced breakfast. We also accepted the principle that it did not affect the mood of the holiday. This free a la carte breakfast was much better than the buffet breakfast of the previous days."

"This place is fantastic! The hotel has a pool on the second floor, plus a small hot tub, which was perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. There's also a laundry room on the second floor, which was a lifesaver for us after driving down Highway 1 for days (the older hotels we stayed at before didn't have one). My wife was so happy! On the first floor, there's a water dispenser that even has various flavored sodas. I highly recommend all hotels offer this; it's delicious! The room was spacious and very clean; my family was all very satisfied. Finally: If you're staying in Monterey, you should definitely try kayaking – you might even encounter sea lions, sea otters, and seals nearby!"

"recommend! A very romantic hotel in Carmel. It is a 12-minute walk from the small street in the city center and a three-minute walk from the beach. You can watch the orange beach sunset in the room. The building and decoration of the hotel have a Spanish style. There is a garden with good vegetation. Many places are suitable for internet celebrities to take photos. Breakfast is very careful. In the evening, there are sangria wine and chocolate cookies. The rooms are relatively small, but the hotel service is very warm"

"I was given a semi-basement room with a narrow skylight when I checked in, and I decisively changed to a second-floor balcony room. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you must change the room, otherwise you will feel that our Chinese are easy to fool. The area near the hotel is very suitable for vacation and very comfortable."

"1. There is free parking, but it is actually on the side of the road. When you checkin, ask yourself. 2. There is free WiFi but the signal is normal, sometimes it will break 3. The location is too inconspicuous. On the roadside, when the black sky arrives, it is invisible. It is 1.2 kilometers away from the center. If it is very inconvenient to eat here, it is quite dark, and there is basically no parking space in the center. 4. The front desk big sister is very nice 5. The room is very small, but the bed is still very large 1.8m, the box is basically not moving, there is no table, there is no place to put some things. 6. There is no heating or air conditioning. California is still cold in early March. Her husband is still wearing a nightgown to sleep. The nightgown is very thick and has hairy inside. 7. Great breakfast is great, great choice, coffe or tea, orange juice, first baked bread, butter or honey kumquat sauce, husband selected smoked salmon, my choice of potato bacon omelet, They are delicious, and they are very good. On the 8.4-floor terrace, you can see a little sea and grow a lot of meat."

The soul of the Monterey Peninsula comes to life at Kimpton Mirador, where laidback coastal luxury meets meaningful connection. The hotel sits in harmony with the historic homes, walkable streets and renowned landmarks of Pacific Grove. Spanish Revival-inspired architecture, warm and welcoming interiors, a verdant courtyard, and our breezy on-site restaurant, The Caledonian, capture the spirit of this seaside getaway, making our boutique hotel the perfect home base for your adventures around the vibrant Central California Coast.

"This new hotel's rooms were quite satisfying in every aspect. Our family of four had plenty of space, and the decor was modern. While not a huge hotel, the service and facilities were good. It's about a 10-minute drive from Monterey's wharf and the aquarium. The surrounding area isn't bustling, but it's very charming – perfect for a vacation stroll, whether it's Lover's Point by the sea or the colorful cottages nearby. It's definitely not a lively area, but parking is free. I'd say there are three downsides. First, the shower water pressure isn't great (a common issue in the US). Second, in addition to the $3000-a-night room rate, there's an extra $60+ per night resort fee. Ctrip didn't mention this, and it can be frustrating when you find out later. However, it seems many resort hotels in the US charge this. This particular hotel didn't have many facilities, and since we arrived late at night, we spoke to them and they quickly waived it. But there's no guarantee they'll waive it next time. Third, and I don't blame the hotel for this, I think it's Ctrip's fault. Ctrip stated that breakfast for two was included. When we got to the hotel, it was à la carte. We initially asked the restaurant staff how to order the included breakfast and if there were any restrictions. The staff said there were no restrictions, but actually, there's a $50 per person limit, so be aware of that. For two breakfasts, that's $100, which is usually enough. For breakfast, I found the steak to be just okay. I'd recommend the oatmeal bowl and the English muffins (their specialty). The omelets were also good."

"The location is super ideal, it takes 2 minutes to walk to the main street, and the convenience is superb. The decoration style of the hotel is naturally relaxed and full of relaxation, giving people a fresh and beautiful feeling. The room is not big but the layout is very careful, the beauty is full of noble, but not tacky. The reception desk layout is also very American-style. The reception room has free wine to drink. You can drink different special notes every day. You will also hold a wine tasting bureau from time to time. Friends who love wine should be very satisfied. The breakfast provided every day is also delicious. The cakes are sweet and fresh tastes different from the dead sweets of other old beauty cake shops. The staff is kind and loving. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation effect of the room is slightly worse. It is recommended to choose the room on the second floor. There is also a tight parking space. When you come back late, you may have to stop on the street, but it is not far away. In general, the price determines the quality, and you get what you pay for."

After leaving 17 Mile Drive, we originally just planned this as a rest stop along Highway 1, so we chose a ground-floor room. It was very clean, came with toothbrushes, Marvis toothpaste, and a Dyson hairdryer – really thoughtful touches that surpassed many 5-star hotels in the US. Breakfast was good, and the baked goods were delicious. It's close to Carmel Beach, and we happened to catch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful.

# Recommended B&Bs in Carmel Town # L'Auberge in Camel Town Full of American country style. This is a 95-year-old house remodeled All the furniture is full of age. There was a kind of attic atmosphere when I was a child. Breakfast is also a lot of homemade east But the expensive homestay does not have air conditioning! ! ! In the sudden hot north plus night - can blow the fan [cover face]

The environment, location, facilities, including the front desk service are very good, especially the environment, but today's dinner experience is really disappointing. First of all, after we ordered the meal, the first pre-feast was quite fast, but we did not prepare a plate for us. We beckoned to send it over after we called, and there was no such normal restaurant error of due apology, and secondly, after serving the pre-order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes. No dish came up, no one explained, the restaurant manager skipped us several times on the tour, there were not many people in the restaurant at that time, (there were two of us who were Asian faces) was not a peak meal time, waiting for us to call a waiter over, The waiter (the Indian woman) said very bluntly, I think they're doing, and then left. Too angry, when we went to the front desk to complain, their manager appeared in front of us like a wind (before turning a blind eye to us in the restaurant), and apologized and said that the meal was delivered to the room. Exemption from dinner costs). Apologizing for the apology, the attitude is not sincere at all, the inferior service attitude of the evening restaurant directly lowers the level of Hyatt, this kind of restaurant (hotel) that sees people ordering, directly pulls black. [Weak] [weak] [weak]. (Breakfast service was good, we asked and learned that dinner was not the same team).

Unpleasant stay experience. At the time of check-in, there was no door*** at the entrance. Someone was in front of the registration. After leaving the question, the front desk staff did not take the initiative to receive it. I also asked for the initiative to go forward. There was no smile in the process. Applying for a crib at check-in, one is bad, and I don’t see it until I leave it. The breakfast was delivered to the room and it felt a bit like a fast food, cutlery plastic. When I checked out, when I asked if I could give me a bill, the service staff threw two sheets of paper at hand. I was shocked. I asked if there was an envelope and then I threw it. The details of such a service made me think that I lived in a normal hotel. By the way, the hotel will charge an additional $30 environmental fee, saying that the hotel is built in a protected area...

Old house by the sea (mountain cliff scenery). There is a parking space, which is very convenient. There is hot water, coffee buffet area, breakfast, facilities are very comprehensive, feel the multifaceted consideration of the owner. The lounge area, billiards, chess, board games, can be immersed in a different atmosphere of time than the modern day. Early arrival, I need to meet the young lady, ask if I can check in, and the room and room type can also communicate. Depend on the situation. Very nice. Nearby supermarkets and aquariums, very recommended. Very warm and calm living area.
