You don't need to worry about losing the door key because there is a keyless entry lock on the door. An updated kitchen enables you to cook in meals or simply grab a quick breakfast or snack. There is WiFi and cable TV. At Beachfront Bliss almost everything is provided to minimize what you have to bring on your vacation. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, shampoo, body wash, linens and towels are all provided so all you have to do is arrive! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. There is basic cookware and utensils, blender, toaster, coffeemaker (regular and Keurig), and a hot pot for tea drinkers. Dishware, flatware and glassware is also provided. In the bathroom, there is a washer dryer combo along with a full-size tub/shower with a shampoo & soap dispenser and a hairdryer.When it is time to retire, there is a queen size bed with a view of the ocean. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from bed or if you want, you can close the curtains that surround the bed and sleep in. The night stands on either side of the bed have individual lights and USB outlets that you can use to charge your devices. Pillows, a mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases and a quilt are provided for the queen bed. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa are located in the main living area. Linens for the sofa bed are also provided. There are closets along the main hallway for you to use for storage. If needed, there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet as well. Beach towels are provided and are located just inside the front door. The extra-large sliding glass door opens to a deck with Adirondack chairs and a side table. Perfect for just sitting with a beverage and a snack and listening to the ocean. The storage closet on the deck contains beach chairs, an umbrella and a variety of beach toys for you to enjoy.When you are ready to relax outside the salt water pool and ocean are just steps away. The private Windswept pool is shared with only the 12 Windswept condo visitors. There are chaise lounges and tables poolside. A small charcoal grill is available for guests to use. A walk through the property....You will find on the first floor the first master bedroom with a super comfortable brand new king-sized adjustable base bed, walk-in closet, large TV and ensuite bathroom. Head up the custom staircase to the second floor and find on both ends two (2) more master bedrooms one with a brand new super comfortable king-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom and the other has a 2 brand new full-sized beds and private ensuite bathroom. The two middle bedrooms are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds. You will also find a brand new washer and dryer and linen closet. Our top floor front master bedroom also has a balcony with an ocean view. Cleanliness and condition....We take great pride in our house and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. The house is very clean and in immaculate condition. Our home was decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. We live in this home six (6) months out of the year so it goes without question that we request you please treat our home with care. Linen fee covers the cost of all linens and cleaning. We only use sheets and towels that are soft and comfortable. Dates....April through August: Weekly 7 night rentals start at 4pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10 am. 4 night minimum or Monthly discounted rentals are available September through March. Location, location, location....Less than a Block from Beach, literally steps away....Convenience all around....At the top of the street there is a Food Lion for fast trips for supplies. About a mile south in Garden City Beach is a Wal-mart Supercenter to get any last minute provisions. There are several local businesses where you can rent Golf Carts that will be delivered to the house and picked up after your vacation so you can cruise Ocean Boulevard and make fun trips to the Garden City pier right down the road. The Garden City pier has an active night life. Plus, there are a lot of options for restaurants, amusement games, rides and more. Important pet information....No furry friends, please. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies. We thank you for understanding, completely, this strict policy.*** Important child safety information: We are not 100% baby proofed but we do allow children and babies. We provide a great source to rent a baby gate and pack-n-play if you choose to not bring your own. We do have dresser's, mirrors and TV's secured and outlet plug covers. Security....We have three outdoor security cameras in place outside year round.Hopefully, this is not a foggy detail....Smoking / vaping is 100% "not" permitted inside the house or on any porches. If you must smoke, please take it outside 100% of the time. Do not smoke on the porches because the smoke will make its way indoors. We want to keep a smoke-free home for you and other guests to enjoy. Please note that pool heaters in coastal South Carolina rely on ambient air temperature. During cooler months—particularly when overnight temperatures drop below 55°F—the heater may not be able to reach or maintain a specific temperature. While we do our best to provide a comfortable swimming experience, we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature, especially during early spring and late fall. Extended periods of cool weather, wind, or heavy cloud cover may impact heating performance.
