"This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kevin from the concierge team! The moment I arrived at the hotel with a pile of luggage, Kevin was right there to help me carry it. He proactively assisted with parking and even brought my bags up to the room. When I wanted to know about local attractions and unique restaurants, he patiently and meticulously planned out sightseeing routes for me, and clearly explained all the complimentary resort benefits. During my stay, if I had any requests for the room, I'd contact him and he'd respond incredibly quickly. He's very attentive, reliable, warm, polite, and incredibly professional. His service was thoughtful and thorough, with absolutely no perfunctory attitude. He was a huge highlight of this trip. If you come to this hotel, you definitely need to find Kevin at the concierge – highly recommended, five stars!"

"The room was excellent. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the butlers, Joy and Eric, provided thoughtful service. The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money."

"Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang."

"Our butler provided one-on-one travel advice throughout our stay, including daily updates on the opening/closing of Tianchi Lake during the rainy season and park weather announcements. They proactively planned alternative rainy-day activities, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In August, Changbai Mountain experiences frequent rain and fog, and we were so grateful that the staff promptly informed us about Tianchi Lake's closure, saving us a wasted trip. Our rainy-day itinerary was well-arranged, making the entire journey worry-free and effortless. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are quite comprehensive."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for families with kids. There are plenty of amusement facilities within the complex, and we even caught a fireworks show. A special shoutout to our butler, Qixi, who provided exceptional and attentive service. They answered all our questions, proactively shared local information and hotel details, and promptly resolved any issues, which really made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings."

"This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing. Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery – very chill. There were plenty of benefits, but the only downside was that each perk could only be used once per hotel. The next day, we switched to the Hyatt, and it was such a downgrade – the room was small, dimly lit, had no desk lamp, and the service was non-existent."

"Although this guesthouse is very new, its service level is comparable to that of a century-old establishment. First and foremost, the owners personally manage the guesthouse, which ensures a very thoughtful and attentive experience. All the staff, including the housekeepers, are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Any request you have will be met and fulfilled here. They even offer complimentary rafting activities and local wild fruit tasting, which are unique local features and a rare find. The guesthouse also maintains excellent relationships with local businesses, providing convenient pick-up and drop-off services, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is elaborate. There's even a bonfire every evening, and the complimentary oranges and apple water at the front desk are delicious. Children can also enjoy fishing in the nearby lake; they provide fishing rods and bait. Even beginners can easily catch fish here. The fish you catch can even be prepared for dinner! The braised carp we caught was incredibly delicious, cooked by the master chef here with absolutely no fishy taste. After our rafting trip, we felt a bit under the weather, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared ginger tea for us."

The outdoor hot spring bath was the absolute highlight – soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the snow view was incredibly relaxing and blissful.
