ShengnanjiaowanzuchongzhiThe hotel's decor is unique, with geometric lines creating a strong industrial feel, and the wall ornaments are dazzling and beautiful. All room controls, such as turning on the TV, opening curtains, and turning off lights, are done via a tablet. Each window has an air inlet with an independent switch. On the first night, there was a strange noise, which I initially thought was a mouse. However, the room was very clean, and it wasn't until I called a staff member that I understood what it was. The only downside was that the temperature was too high and couldn't be lowered. It's a bit of a shame there's no intercom system. The large bathtub was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes. The outdoor lighting of the hotel is also beautiful, making it a great spot for Instagram-worthy photos. There are also ancient bricks and tiles, either collected or reproduced by the owner, with exquisite patterns that are worth seeing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

YonggandepengpengcheThe hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person.
Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible.
Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!

Guest UserThe overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback is its relatively remote location; otherwise, it was commendable.
The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a dedicated play area for children, making travel with kids much easier. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with no feeling of crampedness, and each room was equipped with a washing machine, making it easy to manage laundry for extended trips and providing exceptional convenience.
The overall decor and service were of a high standard. With few guests during off-peak hours, the environment was remarkably tranquil. If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet.
The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise.

The hotel is located within a resort area, with expansive waterways that offer a breathtaking view.
The rooms were very well maintained. The receptionist, Xiao Liang, and the female manager were incredibly welcoming. While the family room didn't have a huge number of toys, it was still very cozy. During check-in, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed to upgrade to a room with a lake view.
I highly recommend buying the package deal. Besides the hotel stay, it includes over a dozen activities such as boating, kayaking, go-karting, and water golf. One day isn't enough to experience everything. There's also a fireworks festival on Saturday night, which the kids had a blast with. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and travel experience. If I had to nitpick, the food at this five-star hotel wasn't quite up to expectations. But overall, I was very satisfied. I didn't even use all the package activities; I'd definitely go again!

Guest UserThe hotel's overall decor isn't new, and there's no air conditioning in the lobby, but I appreciate the disabled access. During large events, they might be understaffed, as there was a chaotic scene with kids running around. There weren't many staff working on the weekend either. The interior design is also quite old; one pillow was visibly dirty, and the carpet had years of old stains. The air conditioning wasn't cooling; it stayed hot even after being on for a long time during the day, and the windows had smudges. The buffet, however, was good with plenty of choices and tasty food.

Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.
