"Accor hotels never disappoint me. I've stayed at many Sofitel properties in various countries, and they're always excellent. This one is perfectly located on Macau Peninsula, with easy walking access to fantastic food options like local eateries, cafes, restaurants, and markets. The casino being closed actually made it quieter, which was a plus. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are immaculately maintained, clearly showing its past grandeur. I'll definitely stay here again; it's incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also superb."

"✅ I chose this hotel last minute for a business trip to Australia, and my satisfaction exceeded all expectations. It's conveniently located close to where I needed to be, and I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk for an extra fee. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. ✅ The soundproofing in the 'Royal Fireworks Suite' I stayed in this time was excellent, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. The afternoon sun made it feel very bright and cozy, and it even had a super king-size bed (2.2m), which was incredibly soft. The internet speed was fast, the hot water came quickly, and everything I needed was provided. As a business traveler, I was genuinely touched to find such a room. ✅ The hotel has a car park, and there's a large bus station nearby, making it convenient whether you're driving or using public transport. The hotel's other facilities are also quite complete and modern; from the gym to the swimming pool, you can feel the attention to detail. You can enjoy beautiful views from various spots throughout the hotel, and every area was very clean and hygienic, which is something I particularly appreciate. #HighEndHotelsYouHaveToSleepInToUnderstand"

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This is my second time in Macau. Last time I stayed at The Parisian, but The Venetian this time? In three words: absolutely fantastic! 👏🌟 Firstly, the exterior is magnificent, and it's connected to The Londoner and The Parisian. Secondly, I stayed in a North Wing suite on the 30th floor this time. The room was huge, and everything from the bed and sofa to the bathroom was satisfying. The bathroom even had a vanity table, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the service was well-organized, fast, and convenient. The day before, I stayed in Hong Kong at what turned out to be a 'fake' five-star hotel. This time, as soon as I arrived at the front desk, even though it was still midday, three staff members immediately assisted me. They confirmed my luggage storage, room preferences, and provided a detailed map with clear explanations. This allowed us to drop off our bags and start exploring right away. Plus, the room number was sent via SMS, room cards were issued in advance, and our luggage was delivered directly to the room. I can only say everything was perfect! Also, The Venetian's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They had pan-fried salmon and 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,' and I even found my favorite peach gum and white fungus soup. Everyone, from the security guards at the casino entrance to the staff in the restaurants and lobby, was incredibly nice. If the bottled water in the room ran out, you just scanned a code, and a server would bring it to your door instantly. Of course, my favorite part was the gondola ride. The artificial blue sky above was so realistic and beautiful! 🤩 A truly memorable experience."

"I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, and I finally got the chance in Macau! The room layout is incredibly well-designed, and you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into every detail. The 'fan' shaped chocolates were a delicious treat, and the Tower View room offered breathtaking scenery. I particularly loved the double vanity, which was a very convenient touch for guests. Coming back to the hotel at night felt just like coming home. The slippers were neatly placed, there was a sleep-aid tea on the coffee table, and a sweet dreams roll-on on the bedside table – every little detail felt warm and thoughtful. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room and even left a handwritten congratulatory card. It was incredibly thoughtful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!"

"Check-in was smooth, but I had to wait an hour, and the luggage storage staff weren't very friendly. The lady who gave me my room card was excellent; she gave me a fantastic room on the 11th floor with a beautiful night view and even thoughtfully asked if I needed children's toiletries. The shuttle bus was very convenient, getting to the Border Gate (Guanzai) was super easy, and the staff were welcoming and even helped with my luggage. The hotel lobby also has many shops, so no need to worry about food. There's a Japanese supermarket that sells a lot of snacks."

"The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient. On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied. The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy. It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine. Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line."

W Macau - Studio City is part of an integrated resort of Studio City and situated on Cotai Strip, the complex includes a variety of leisure elements such as an outdoor and a newly built indoor waterpark, cinema, theatre and more. W Macau - Studio City features stylish guest rooms, each offering charming city views or the bustling Cotai view. The interior design of rooms and suites is inspired by the 1950s films shot in Macau, in which the city was first really shown on the world stage, all aspects and devices of Hollywood and cinema - be it costuming, cameras, theatres, stages, props, etc - to explore, reveal, and interpret the culture of Macau in an exciting contemporary context.

"The room was quite spacious, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The living room offered a great view of the Galaxy, while the bedroom overlooked The Parisian. The facilities were complete, and it even had a guest bathroom, which was very convenient. I especially want to commend the buffet at 'Jin Jin'. It was incredibly rich and delicious; I'd say it's the best quality buffet breakfast I've had in years. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, and the hotel offered a great deal for in-house guests. Every dish was meticulously prepared, and the unlimited lobster was a huge plus – we were very satisfied! 👍"

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"Location: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease."

MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them. I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience. First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service. Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar. Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

GGuest UserI really have to give this hotel a thumbs-up! Our family of four stayed here for three nights during a 6-day in-depth trip to Macau, and it was an excellent experience! Knowing I had two kids, they specially provided children's toiletries and bathrobes. There were free fruits and drinks every day. Downstairs, there's a small entertainment area, which was more than enough if you wanted to do some gambling. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities: there's a decent-sized swimming pool, which was nice; the large bathtub in the room could fit two children, and they even provided bath salts; there's also a small room inside for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The sea view from the window was very expansive. The hotel's shuttle bus goes to Studio City and City of Dreams, and the Venetian, Galaxy, Parisian, and Londoner are all in that area, which is very convenient. While the room wasn't as big as the Venetian's, I felt it was perfectly adequate. I'm sure it was a standard room, and the bed size was fine for two adults. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit. I'm already looking forward to my next Macau trip!

Cchen-funThis has to be the best value-for-money Andaz I've ever stayed at! Checking in on a weekday was such a treat! 💚 Room Experience: The layout was well-designed and the flow made perfect sense. The soft furnishings and bedding were clean, comfortable, and relatively new. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including drinks, snacks, a Wing Kee Bakery gift box, and special souvenirs (like stylish slippers and eye cream). The kids' amenity kit was complete, even including a toothbrush cup (super cute). The staff set up a small tent in our room; even though the deluxe room wasn't huge, setting up the tent didn't hinder movement. 🤎 Service and Details: The service was professional and meticulous. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being warm and efficient. They even prepared a cake for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. 💙 Special Facilities and Benefits: The gym and indoor pool facilities were new and offered a great experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the 'Grand Resort Deck' water park and 'Kids Zone'. The lobby features a 'Andaz Lounge' area with complimentary refreshments, and in the evening, there's a happy hour with snacks and drinks.

GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

HHulideyichuhexunlianWe requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying.

XXiaoqiuThe hotel has a very European-style decor and a classic vibe, but that doesn't stop it from being clean and comfortable. It's not as bustling as casino hotels, and the rooms are odor-free and tidy; even the sofas are spotless. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with a coffee maker, dressing table, and several small coffee tables, plus a sofa. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and so are the pillows—as someone very picky about beds and pillows, I was thoroughly impressed. It's within walking distance of the Science Centre; just exit through the back door and you'll see the Sands, then it's a straightforward walk to the Science Centre. It's also close to the Automobile Museum. A great quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle.

CChensirThis hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!
