"We checked in late, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, even upgrading our room – what a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was charming. It's super close to popular attractions, just an 8-minute walk, and there are many great Macau-style tea restaurants nearby with delicious food at reasonable prices. Plus, there are plenty of buses right outside the hotel, making it really convenient to get anywhere. Perfect for traveling with kids! The staff didn't talk much, but their service was top-notch. Highly recommend!"

"Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is truly impressive. Although it's a bit far from the Taipa core area, the shuttle bus service is incredibly convenient, and hotel guests even get to skip the line! The ambiance is beyond words – the European palace style is super elegant, and the 'Verdant Paradise' garden is perfect for stunning photos. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with high-end, thoughtful amenities, including a fully smart bathroom and a complimentary mini-bar. I was able to check in early at 12 PM. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and a casino. The staff provides meticulous and thoughtful service, and 'The Grand Buffet' is highly recommended! Overall, I'm very satisfied."

YOHO Treasure Island hotel, a landmark situated in the center of the transportation hub in the peninsula of Macau, boasts breathtaking views. The hotel features rooms with a sophisticated luxurious design that captures some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the stunning views of Nam Van Lake, the dazzling Nam Van Lake fountain, and the renowned Wynn fountain. As the sea meets the sky, the lake blends with the city, forming an unforgettable scenery. YOHO Treasure Island hotel provides long-stay apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines, allowing you to feel at home while away. And located in the key area of Macau peninsula, the hotel is right in front of the largest bus transfer station in Macau and is connected to nearby Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Bank of China Building via pedestrian tunnels, offering convenient transportation while surrounded by stunning views. At sunset, the sunset paints the sky orange, reflecting on the lake surface, creating a romantic and beautiful scenery. When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

"The hotel is in the center of the Macau Peninsula, but while the Wynn Macau across the street is bustling, this side feels quite desolate. What they call a 'sea view room' actually faces another part of the hotel, and you can only catch a glimpse of the sea from a very specific corner of the balcony. The concierge and bell staff were very warm and helpful. Due to the hotel's location, it takes a long time to get a taxi, so they informed us about the shuttle bus and helped with our luggage. I really appreciate their service! The front desk service, however, needs improvement. We were told check-in was from 2:30–3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:49 PM, we were told we still had to wait. Then, at another counter, we were able to check in immediately. Is this service model trying to shut the hotel down? It's incredibly dishonest. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were also cold and indifferent, let alone offering any actual service. There was nothing in the room, yet they still charged a deposit. At least the deposit was refunded to my account within 24 hours, unlike what some reviews mentioned about it taking a long time."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"I've been to Macau many times, and this is my third time staying overnight. The first time, I stayed at an affordable guesthouse in the old city center – clean and tidy, right across from Wen Ji Cafe & Snacks. It wasn't far from Grand Lisboa and St. Paul's Ruins. The second time, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the Gongbei Border Gate. The room was super spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. This time, a few of us bit the bullet and booked a room at The Venetian 😭 – decided to splurge a bit. They said it was a Royal Presidential Suite, and it even came with two tickets to the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower (the front desk lady mentioned that the 7th floor is actually free to visit now). The rooms in Macau, compared to neighboring Hong Kong, are not just a little bit better [facepalm]. It really is a city centered on entertainment and service industries, with a different positioning than Hong Kong. We took a private car from Hong Kong, and as soon as we got out, a young man helped us with our luggage and gave us a luggage tag. When checking in, you just give the tag to the front desk, and your luggage is automatically delivered to your room. The room was large and spacious, with a separate living room and two TVs. To put it bluntly… the bathroom in this suite could rival an entire Hong Kong hotel room in size! The bed 🛌 was huge and comfortable, the sofa was great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was pretty good too – though I imagine the view would be even better from the opposite rooms. Next time, if I get the chance, I'll try out Galaxy and Studio City too [smirk]. Even though it's not ** (missing original text, likely referring to 'cheap'), it's definitely worth experiencing [evil grin]. In mainland terms, almost all hotels in Taipa can be considered top-tier luxury, haha… especially with all the rumors surrounding Wynn Palace, haha… so much 'color' has been added to it… Macau is truly unforgettable and suitable for people of all ages to visit. Thumbs up!"

"I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, and I finally got the chance in Macau! The room layout is incredibly well-designed, and you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into every detail. The 'fan' shaped chocolates were a delicious treat, and the Tower View room offered breathtaking scenery. I particularly loved the double vanity, which was a very convenient touch for guests. Coming back to the hotel at night felt just like coming home. The slippers were neatly placed, there was a sleep-aid tea on the coffee table, and a sweet dreams roll-on on the bedside table – every little detail felt warm and thoughtful. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room and even left a handwritten congratulatory card. It was incredibly thoughtful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!"

"The hotel shuttle is easy to find – just turn right after exiting the airport. Get off at the Studio City stop. To your left is The Celebrity Tower, and to your right is The Star Tower. I checked in at The Celebrity Tower around 4 PM and there was no queue. The staff were very proactive in helping with my luggage. The suite at The Celebrity Tower was incredibly spacious, with a huge bathroom area. The mini-bar was as well-stocked as ever, and I appreciated that the bedside chargers didn't require an adapter. On the ground floor, the Pop Mart store had a full selection of SKULLPANDA figures. Unlike last year, points can no longer be redeemed. Don Quijote is still there, so if you don't want to go to Japan, you can do some shopping at the supermarket. To catch the light rail, turn right from The Celebrity Tower, walk to the end, and go up to the second floor. It's 6 MOP for two stops to Pai Kok, where you'll find plenty of delicious food on Cunha Street."

"I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot."

"The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient. On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied. The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy. It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine. Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for my child and me while attending a concert at the Galaxy Arena! It's just a few minutes' walk directly to the venue, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, spoke so softly and kindly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. After the concert, when I brought my child back to the room, we found it had already been meticulously tidied up – such a thoughtful touch! The hotel offers express check-out, saving us time when leaving. The beds were super comfortable for a good night's sleep, and there's a huge variety of food options downstairs. "Location: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease."

My family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out: ✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts: - Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly. - Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance. - Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️ - Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests. 💯 Final Verdict: Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart. We’ll 100% be back soon! Thank you, Team Nuwa – you’ve set the bar sky-high!👏🏼💫

To state that our stay in this hotel is amazing is an understatement. We loved every minute of our stay here from the moment we stepped out of the free shuttle bus from Gongbei entry port @ Zhuhai. The amenities & decor of the room, housekeeping, check-in & checkout service were above par excellence. The minute detail by every staff member is out of this world. Worth the money spent. This was my second stay here. I love this hotel, especially the somewhat 90s vibe. It's not brand new, by any stretch of the imagination, but it's feel really luxurious and comfy. It seems pretty clean overall, but there's room for improvement on the details (the carpets, some old stains here and there).Overall it's a great experience. The swimming pool and the food are amazing.
