The hotel's design revolves around surfing and ocean waves, with unique landscapes surrounded by coconut groves. The wave pool offers a fun surfing experience, and the guest rooms are spacious with smart home features throughout. The surfing-themed soft furnishings are full of thoughtful details. Natural light, soundproofing, and cleanliness are all excellent, making for a superb stay. The all-day breakfast caters to various tastes and local specialties, with fresh and abundant ingredients. Every time I went to the lobby, staff members at the entrance would proactively open the car door and ask if I needed assistance. Our dedicated butler, Lucky, provided attentive follow-ups throughout, efficiently and thoughtfully arranging surfing lessons, coordinating travel photography, and resolving various requests. They even promptly helped retrieve my child's lost water cup and hat, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel's meticulous service significantly enhanced our vacation happiness. It's highly recommended for surfing enthusiasts, families traveling with children, and those seeking a relaxing getaway."

"I stayed in a garden view room, and the air was great. Occasionally, birds would land in the garden to forage. Stepping off the hotel lawn, you're right on the beach with fine, soft sand, and it's also very close to the popular lighthouse. The environment is quite good. From check-in to check-out, we had a one-on-one butler. We could tell them anything we needed at any time, and they responded quickly. Every day, they would ask if we needed the room cleaned. However, one day, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10 AM, saying she wanted to clean the room. I clearly told her I hadn't requested a cleaning, my child was sleeping, and someone was in the bathroom, so we didn't need it cleaned for now. But the cleaning lady insisted on coming in. I thought maybe she wanted to finish early and go home, so I told her to wait at the door for 2 minutes while I woke my child up, and then we left, leaving the room for her to clean. About half an hour later, the butler proactively asked if we needed the room cleaned. 😂 I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened. Electric carts are available for transport in and out of the park. You can just stand by the road for a short while, and a cart will come by. The staff would politely ask if we needed a ride. Very courteous, thumbs up! 👍 Let's talk about the food. The breakfast at Yu He and He Fang had pretty much the same variety. For a room rate of over 2000 per night, the quality of the breakfast didn't match the price, although the staff were quite enthusiastic. Food deliveries would be sent to a designated locker. Once it arrived, guests would call the front desk and provide the last few digits of their phone number, and staff would deliver it to the room. The town center is about 300 meters from the hotel, and almost all deliveries come from there. As soon as the store confirmed the order was ready, the delivery driver would get it to the hotel within 5 minutes. Compared to hotels of similar price in Sanya, the Grand Hyatt's pool and water park are a bit small, with the water park only having one small slide. The Kids Club is a children's activity center, but the equipment is quite limited. Overall, I feel that Shenzhou Peninsula is not very well-developed for family trips with children. I hope it will improve over time."

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and told me they'd upgraded my room by two categories. I had to wait a bit during check-in, and the lobby manager actually helped me speed up the process. When I was heading to my room, a young man proactively offered to help with my luggage. The surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant and quiet. Getting to the room by elevator was a bit inconvenient; we rented a car in Hainan and parked it on the 2nd-floor parking lot. We had to take one elevator to the 3rd floor, and then another elevator to get to the 7th floor, and the room was quite a walk from there. The same applied when going down. When we went out for food, driving back and forth, we had to switch elevators. Also, the room's cleanliness wasn't great, as you can see in the pictures."

After a two-night, three-day stay, my most immediate impression is: the views are stunning, and the service is even better. First, the scenery: The hotel has its own exclusive bay, with a gentle beach and calm waves, perfect for morning runs and evening strolls. The most amazing part is the observation deck on the hotel's top floor, offering 360-degree sea views. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and stargaze at night, without needing to go out and find other attractions. Regarding food: The sour and spicy 'Zaopo Cu' hotpot at the Chinese restaurant was incredibly satisfying, and the seafood was all freshly caught. The afternoon tea set at the Western restaurant offers great value for money; both the scones and mango mousse were delicious. Sitting outdoors, enjoying the sea breeze and sipping iced tea, was so relaxing I didn't want to move. As for service, our butler, Mile, was the highlight of our stay. He wasn't intrusive but always appeared when needed. Before we even arrived, he sent detailed check-in instructions and a map of nearby attractions. On the day of check-in, he helped us secure the best-facing room (with an unobstructed view). Every morning, he promptly sent us the day's weather and activity schedule, including pool opening times and beach movie showtimes. When we wanted to go surfing at Riyue Bay, he immediately contacted a partner club and arranged a coach for us, even taking care of the transfers. These might seem like small things, but each one saved us a lot of hassle and significantly enhanced our experience. In short, this is a hotel I'd love to visit again. The scenery, food, and service are all top-notch, and I'm especially grateful for Mile's thoughtful arrangements."

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. First off, the price was very reasonable for the summer, perfect for a relaxing getaway with the kids. Secondly, the service from check-in onwards was exceptional. We were upgraded to a 76-square-meter family room, and then invited to join a WeChat group for the hotel's various parent-child activities. There were so many fun things to do for both adults and kids that I dare say you could have a fantastic time without even leaving the hotel! Next, the client manager surprised us with little treats every day – a drink one day, fruit the next. It really felt like all the staff were genuinely enthusiastic about providing guests with the best possible assistance. Absolutely fantastic! Lastly, I don't even need to mention the hotel's facilities and the stunning sea view. The live music on the beach at dusk, the beach BBQ buffet, and the open-air cinema made for a 100% perfect holiday experience! And finally, I want to add that Jiajing Island, a paradise for snorkeling, is right across from Le Méridien. Staying at the hotel makes it super convenient to just put on your swimsuit and head straight out to sea – so easy and incredibly enjoyable!"

"Pros: Free parking for self-driving tours. The suite we booked was very spacious, easily accommodating four people. The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The service was reasonably friendly. Cons: The in-room facilities are a bit dated. There are limited seats in the breakfast area, so you have to contend for a table during peak hours, otherwise, you'll have to sit outside. Laundry facilities are self-service and quite expensive; the Hilton Haikou, where I stayed before, offered a free self-service laundry room."

Each room type comes with a private hot spring, and there's also a super-long art gallery and a Pilates fitness area. The mint-blue swimming pool is perfect for photos, offering both relaxation and healing. It's truly worthy of being a designer's award-winning work; every photo you take here looks amazing. The entire place features smart home facilities, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The butler service is attentive. Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach. It's so comfortable to just relax and unwind here."

"This is our second summer visiting Wanning, and we chose to return to the Four Points again. We're consistently satisfied with everything, as detailed below: 1. **Excellent Value for Money**: It's truly cost-effective, but not in a 'cheap and nasty' way. Everything is well-maintained and doesn't fall short in any aspect. (Definitely choose a sea-view room; the scenery is fantastic. I opted for a sea-view family suite, which was top-notch in terms of view, room size, and convenience. Plus, the price was great.) 2. **Impeccable Room Cleanliness**: Although the hotel is visibly older, it's incredibly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The management is clearly on point; despite its age, it doesn't feel uncomfortable, but rather very reassuring. 3. **Outstanding Service from Butler Ella**: Her service is exceptional. I've had her WeChat contact for over a year now, and she always manages to surprise us positively during our two consecutive summer stays at Four Points. 4. **Prime Location**: The beach is wide and gentle, and the hotel offers very easy access to it. The beach is perfect for beginner surfers (unlike the Grand Hyatt next door, where the conditions change significantly just a hundred meters away). While Four Points' own pool is a bit small, guests can use the Sheraton's pool next door, which makes up for it. In short, it's great value and incredibly convenient! **To summarize**: For families bringing children to Wanning for sports training (especially daily surfing practice), the Four Points is the most suitable choice. (Shenzhou Peninsula is ideal for kids to stay for several days to practice surfing. The two hotels in Shimei Bay feel a bit aloof and less lively, lacking a true resort vibe, and Shimei Bay's beach isn't great for surfing. Riyue Bay is mostly young adults with a rather 'carpe diem' atmosphere, not recommended for children to stay and learn surfing long-term. So, Shenzhou Peninsula is the top pick. And the Four Points, for me, has an interesting old-hotel resort feel, reminiscent of Mexico/Cuba – overall, the coziest.) That's all."

"The most cost-effective experience! Before coming, I was a little nervous because I felt that this area was less than 2,000 yuan, which was a bit too cheap. I didn't expect it to be completely worth the money! After arriving, three people came to pick us up in a shuttle bus. It can be seen that everyone is very warm and friendly. The room and the yard are really super big, and the decoration style is Vision Bali. I was afraid that this big villa would be a bit old and gloomy, but in fact, there is no such feeling at all. It is very clean and refreshing. I was very worried about mosquitoes, but the mosquito repellent was also done very well. There were almost no mosquitoes in the room. (Because my friends and I are very afraid of insects, there was a big flying ant on the wall in the room once, and we asked the staff to help us kill the insects. Thank you) The facilities are also very good. There are refrigerators in the master bedroom and the living room. The microwave oven in the kitchen is Miele. The swimming pool is a one-time circulation water, and when the guest room is cleaned, someone will come to salvage the dirt in the swimming pool. There is a small restaurant and bar next to it, and the waves are very calm. The most important thing is that it is very close to the room and very convenient! This time I came with two friends.
