"The staff at LS operates like a finely tuned orchestra. Communication was seamless via WeChat and Lynn greeted me very warmly upon arrival. There was no language barrier whatsoever, as she and some of the staff speak English. The hotel offers fantastic complimentary perks, including afternoon tea, car transfers, and a photoshoot. I am so glad I didn't skip the shoot. It ended up being the highlight of my stay. Their onsite photographer is so talented. She knew exactly how to guide my poses and angles, she took the perfect shots and I will cherish my photos forever. Everyone talks about the views at LS, but I found their customer service to be remarkable. Even with a full house, their attentiveness made me feel like the only guest there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"The views are absolutely unbeatable! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in years, considering the service, ambiance, and amenities. It offers fantastic value for money! The location is excellent, right near Gongnong Bridge, making it super convenient to get to West Street and the Ten-Mile Gallery. The hotel even has its own pool and some small animals, making it perfect for a family trip! I also discovered a hidden perk! It's very close to the integrated pier, so you can take a bamboo raft directly to the hotel entrance with the raft worker dropping you off right at the door! The experience was absolutely perfect!"

The rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly showcase the entire rice field and karst mountains. The wide-open view is incredibly soothing. The sixth-floor atrium and the infinity rice-field pool are fantastic spots for photos; with blue skies and white clouds, your pictures will be amazing, and the pastoral ambiance is just perfect. It's ideal for families with kids! The hotel offers a wide range of family-friendly activities, including a shallow area in the infinity pool, lawn relaxation, and rice field experiences. Kids can immerse themselves in the pastoral scenery, making it easy for parents to relax. The service details are exceptional! The buffet breakfast is extensive and delicious. When I accidentally hurt my foot, the staff immediately brought Yunnan Baiyao. Upon checkout, they even thoughtfully gave us a souvenir. They were responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Whether you're a couple on vacation or traveling with family, this hotel is a perfect fit. It's quiet, healing, and you can't go wrong here. If you're coming to Yangshuo, book this place without hesitation!"

"Sugarhouse Yangshuo is a true gem. Pls keep up the good work and don't lose the standards. Beautiful place, so scenic and private. Beautiful pool with view of Li river. Good breakfast and amenities. Facility is well kept. Staff are so accommodating, helpful and nice. Realised many are students! Lucy, Yuki. Cindy, Sarah and the drivers as well as staff at the restaurants are all fantastic. The daily check ins via wechat are thoughtful. Shower pressure and temp are great! Love seeing the bunny and pair of ducks around the hotel."

"Our stay at Fadai was simply wonderful and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to China. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful settings for photography, surrounded by stunning mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious and feature a huge bathtub facing the views, allowing you to relax while enjoying the magnificent scenery. It was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They even went out of their way at 10:00 p.m. to find vegetarian food for us, making sure we had dinner despite the late hour. The staff also helped us organize our visit to the local show and made sure we arrived on time. In my opinion, it was the best show I have ever seen in my life. One of the most unique experiences offered by the hotel is the traditional Chinese photo session. The hotel provides three complimentary photos and has several beautiful settings within the property where guests can dress as women from ancient China. The staff help with the traditional costumes, makeup, and poses to ensure the photos turn out beautifully. The results are absolutely stunning. The mountain scenery creates an unforgettable backdrop and leaves you with incredible memories. Our experience at Fadai was truly exceptional, and we recommend this hotel 100%. The location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are genuinely warm and caring. "Guangxi is such a pleasant place. After attending a concert in Nanning, I thought I'd come to Yangshuo for a vacation. For me, a good hotel can meet many needs. From hardware to software, thoughtful service makes you feel more at ease. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt that thoughtfulness. I'm quite a stickler for details. The hotel's cleanliness, the maintenance of its public areas, and even the toiletries are all meticulously chosen. The refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer are all carefully prepared and not just thrown in. Also, the bathrobe is incredibly comfortable! That's a rare find! I booked a room with a terrace, and sitting there in the afternoon or early morning, you can really feel the tranquility of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there was also an afternoon tea (the desserts were tasty too). Initially, when I came to Yangshuo, I only felt that the scenery was beautiful. But staying at this hotel, I truly realized that even in such a so-called 'paradise,' you can experience a different, perhaps even more luxurious, feeling. Honestly, if you want an excellent experience when you come to Yangshuo, you can choose this hotel. It's incredibly convenient whether you're going to eat at Ten-Mile Gallery or explore the old town. More importantly, the scenery viewed from within the hotel is absolutely twice as wonderful, without the crowds and noise (a true resort destination!). You really can fall in love with a city because of a hotel. Everything above is my genuine feeling. The hotel's attention to detail is truly heartfelt, especially the large public lawn in front of the hotel, which gives a very relaxing and pleasant feeling.
