"Experienced exceptional service and hospitality. On top of that the room is huge and spacious and has the best views. It was just nice to spend time relaxing in the room. The location is a little out of the way but they provide free shuttle service to the main bustling area which made it convenient. Personally I like it away from all the hustle bustle. Wish the pools are heated so that we can enjoy a dip. The exterior and photo places have quite abit of maintenance work required. But overall is worthwhile to stay here"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, it feels like an attraction in itself! Our window overlooked the mountains and the 'Impression Sanjie Liu' statue, and I'm sure it would be even more beautiful during lotus season. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a very spacious room, and the butler was super responsive and quick with service. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to West Street and Jima Wharf. I highly recommend adding the butler on WeChat before you arrive; they helped us book boat tickets from Guilin to Yangshuo and tickets for the Sanjie Liu show, which really saved us a lot of hassle. Our family of four was extremely satisfied with this hotel!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yangshuo Sugar House. The whole place feels magical, surrounded by nature, with rabbits and ducks roaming around, fresh air, and beautiful architecture. The restaurant is outstanding; the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was excellent. They also offer tours and helped us book tickets for local activities. "Staying in Yangshuo's Ten-Mile Gallery, I booked this hotel and had a fantastic overall experience! I reserved a mountain-view king room, and opening the window to see the mountains really gave me the feeling of being nestled among them. There's also a kids' play area that could keep my child entertained all day. The bed was super soft and incredibly comfortable for sleeping! The hotel is conveniently located near the Ten-Mile Gallery, Romance Park, Impression Liu Sanjie, and the bamboo raft pier. Highly recommended!"

The 270-degree river view balcony room with a soaking tub lets you unwind while gazing at the stunning mountains and rivers – it's so therapeutic, I wish I could stay longer. The room is fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet and a bathtub, and the bedding is super comfortable. Public areas include a spa and a gym, and for those with kids, the children's play area is a real lifesaver. It's incredibly convenient for a Yulong River bamboo raft ride. This place is perfect for enjoying tea, reading, unwinding, and leisurely walks (there's a riverside path along the Yulong River). I had a great chat with the owner; you can tell they've put a lot of thought and effort into the architecture, decor, and amenities, truly caring for it as their own home. The chef deserves special praise; the afternoon tea, dinner, and unique Chinese dishes were all first-rate and easily comparable to a high-end hotel. They even had fireworks for National Day!"

There are two hotels right next to each other, but they offer completely different experiences. 🏞️ Miao Zai Shanye Resort Hotel 🏨 As soon as you walk in, there's a huge swimming pool – a must for anyone who loves swimming! The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows and a bathtub 🛁. Simply open the curtains, and any snapshot you take becomes a stunning landscape painting. There's also an infinity pool (water mirror) selfie spot on the rooftop that's breathtakingly beautiful! On the first floor, there's a kids' play area with a ball pit and slide – a perfect spot to relax while the kids play. 🏞️ Shanye Jisu Resort Hotel 🏨 Just a 2-minute walk brings you to Shanye Jisu Resort Hotel. The bougainvillea trees at the entrance give the whole hotel a distinctive charm. The rooms also have large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering constant beautiful views outside. "## Ambiance The hotel's overall design is uniquely elegant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The infinity pool and hot springs are incredibly photogenic! Although the weather was a bit overcast due to a typhoon, once the rain stopped and the fog cleared, the green mountains emerged, embraced on three sides and shrouded in mist, truly a fairyland. ## Hygiene The cleanliness was quite good. It would be a nice touch if makeup remover or wipes were provided; I lost mine and had to use soap, which, surprisingly, worked well. ## Facilities Hotel facilities are largely complete. The only minor flaw is the laundry room: there are too few washing machines, they are wash-dry combos which take a long time, and there's no disinfectant or clothes delivery service. ## Service The service was excellent. All requests were promptly addressed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, and a shuttle service to the high-speed rail bus transfer station was arranged for 3:20 PM. ## Travel Photography (30% off voucher for popular photo spots like Sky Mirror, Glass Boat, Floating Bed) I tried the travel photography experience! The photographer was very dedicated and professional, offering constant encouragement throughout the shoot! ## Unlimited Constant Temperature Wellness Hot Spring Ticket I experienced the hot springs both during the day and at night, each offering a different ambiance and perspective. ## Food Breakfast was very generous, and the mugwort mochi with black sesame filling was delicious. However, the afternoon tea was disappointing. I suggest offering tastier food; quantity is less important than quality. ## Mercedes-Benz Round-Trip Shuttle Service (choose one) It wasn't a Mercedes-Benz, but the car provided was still good. 👍"
