"The rooms are this hotel are very nice. The location is perfect. The service levels are very high. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, Monika and Besang in the restaurant, Sita and Binita for the cleaning service, and all the security staff. Overall, our stay here was very good. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety. If I could suggest some improvements, it would be fresh pastries for breakfast and maybe some alternatives to cows milk such as oat or almond milk. The other thing is, the gym needs a total refresh. I recommend staying here. It is a very good offer overall. Thank you for giving us a pleasant stay."

"Absolutely amazing... Having a museum hotel like this in Kathmandu makes it feel like a real place... The service, food, and rooms were all superb. Although it's an older hotel, it's truly fantastic! It has culture, history, and faith—and we even got to eat the most traditional Nepali food! The experience and taste were both amazing!"

"★★★★★ I recently stayed at Hotel Barahi Kathmandu for 2 nights and 3 days during my trip to Nepal. To start with the conclusion, this is a hotel I would gladly stay at again. When I evaluate a hotel, I don't judge it solely on luxury or facilities. What matters most to me is how the people working at the hotel interact with their guests. Hotel Barahi Kathmandu was a very impressive hotel in that regard. From check-in to check-out, every staff member – at the front desk, in the restaurant, and from housekeeping – greeted me with natural smiles. It didn't feel like formal customer service because I was a 'guest,' but rather as if they were treating me as an individual. The hotel's location is also excellent. While it's within walking distance to the Thamel area, upon returning to the hotel, you find a calm space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a very convenient hotel for both sightseeing and staying. I also enjoyed breakfast every day. Beyond the variety of dishes, Nepali cuisine was also offered, which was great for a traveler like me to easily enjoy local flavors. On the other hand, there was noise in my room at night, and there was one day when I couldn't get enough rest. This was disappointing. However, what impressed me even more was the hotel staff's response afterward. They listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each issue without downplaying it. Their attitude conveyed a strong desire to 'improve the guest's stay.' During my travels, I pay close attention not only to the hotel's facilities but also to the people working there. No matter how grand the building, if the people aren't good, I wouldn't want to stay at that hotel again. Hotel Barahi Kathmandu was a hotel where I felt human warmth. Of course, there are always areas for improvement. But this hotel has an attitude of being willing to address those areas. That was of great value to me. That's why if I have the opportunity to visit Nepal again, I would choose this hotel once more. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to all the front desk staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping who kindly assisted me during my stay. "This is definitely the first choice for business travelers in Kathmandu. Overall, it's very good. The only issue was that the desk in the room wasn't very functional for working. Another downside was that my flight turned back, so I missed a night, but couldn't get a refund."

"Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens. My only suggestion would be to take a second look in the tub/shower. There is mold in the tile grout lines and in the nonslip mat."

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Nepal! I really enjoyed so much here! Excellent food and services, facilities are new and clean, I love its design and some lovely writings in the room. I love reading the books in the ground floor restaurant during my breakfast time. All the services here are exceptional, especially during my breakfast hour, special thanks to Priyanka (who remembers my coffee preference and even brought me my coffee before I asked her❤️) and Kritan (who would greet me every time when I’m there, and keep on asking if I need anything, especially omelette😂) for their excellent service. Also thanks to Manita for making my room clean and fresh❤️ Lastly, I really appreciated the hotel’s policy of half day booking, since I have a late night flight, this policy allows me to checkout at 6pm, that save my day, I could join a half day Tour on my last day, then back to hotel for a little rest and do the packing. "Staff are professional and kind. Views even in monsoon season change frequently so even at some point you feel like you are floating above the clouds. Could use some lounge chairs by the pool to enjoy the spectacular views that are worth it. Food pricy and could use a special menu to add variety and more fruits besides the same daily. Overall, amazing resort and views and want to return."
