"I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!"

"We arrived at the store around ten o'clock in the evening. The homestay was in the old town. When I entered the alley, my heart was half cold. The alley was narrow and the houses on both sides were old. Even many were uninhabited. I advise all girls not to book this homestay. I was afraid of 6 adult men in our group of more than a dozen people. In order to be more private, we booked a whole front yard for a family. We thought it could be separated from other places. As a result, one room in seven rooms tasted particularly pungent. I couldn’t stay at all. The other room was behind the sundry hall. The boss's counter is directly in the front hall courtyard where we live, there is nothing private at all, the service is OK, but it is not the accommodation that I will choose next time I go to Luoyang. I hope Trip.com will be more reliable when I recommend it in the future! ! !"

"The room was spacious with modern amenities like an automatic toilet and automatic curtains. The bathroom and shower room featured full marble walls, a large bathtub with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and double sinks, offering ample space. Thoughtful details like a clothesline were much appreciated. Besides a king-sized bed, there was also a queen-sized bed, making it perfect for families with two adults and two children. The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. Check-in was handled on a separate executive floor, which also offered complimentary afternoon tea, a buffet dinner, and evening cocktails. Fresh fruit and milk were delivered to the room twice daily. They also had a fun activity for kids where they could collect stamps at the hotel and exchange them for gifts, which the children loved. The entire second floor was dedicated to breakfast, offering an extensive selection for both adults and children, along with a generous take-away service. Upon departure, the lobby attendant even gave gifts to the children and charging cables to the adults. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it the best hotel stay during our trip to Henan. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Luoyang. Highly recommended for families traveling with children."

My only minor complaint is that the bottom of the pool was a bit slippery, suggesting it might not be cleaned with a robot very often."

"The room was spacious and fully smart-controlled. I could just say ”Xiao Ai” (the smart assistant) to open/close the curtains, turn lights on/off, and control the AC. The service was excellent. Downstairs, there were free popsicles, water, and various hot/cold drinks, plus a swimming pool to cool off in. Given how hot Luoyang can get, these cooling amenities were a real lifesaver.
They also provided a drying rack for clothes, facial cleanser, and makeup remover wipes. There's even a laundry room, which makes the service incredibly convenient and thoughtful. My only minor suggestion would be to add a mini-fridge for drinks."

"Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar.
Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large.
Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink.
Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels."

"This time, I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Luoyang, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend the staff from all departments. Upon arrival, staff at the entrance helped with our luggage. The concierge and even a little robot delivered items to our room multiple times. The front desk staff were thoughtful and friendly during check-in. Once in the room, we found it to be comfortable, well-designed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping staff even left a personalized welcome letter, which was a lovely touch, and all our individual needs were met. It was a truly delightful stay. The dining experience was also excellent, with high-quality food and attentive service. The Executive Lounge was fantastic; the staff were warm and polite, providing meticulous service, and the happy hour offerings were plentiful. Throughout our stay, the service was professional yet warm, with all departments working together seamlessly and responding promptly, making us feel genuinely valued. Whether for sightseeing or relaxation, this is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang. My thanks also go to all the staff for their dedicated efforts. You've made a significant contribution to Luoyang's cultural tourism! "For the family to book, I must give me a good review, not only help upgrade the room type but also give an extra breakfast, the experience really exceeded expectations! Directly above the picture! The yard is Chinese style, the layout is very charming, and it looks good at any shot. The room space is quite large, the sanitation is particularly in place, and everything is clean. I plan to go to the ancient city of Luoqi. I don't know how to go. The front desk lady patiently planned the route for us. It is very convenient to drive over and park by car, so I don't have to find parking spaces everywhere. The breakfast is rich in variety and is home-cooked. Go out to visit the attractions during the day, return to the small courtyard at night to be quiet, sit and rest especially relax. The overall feeling is very good, the price is online, next time you come to Luoyang, you will consider staying here."

Traveling with kids, my biggest worry is often how convenient the hotel will be. This hotel completely put my mind at ease! I called ahead to let them know we had a child, and when we arrived, the room already had kids' slippers and toothbrushes ready. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with plenty of hot water and stable temperature. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and checked us in quickly. She even proactively told us about local restaurants and attractions, which was super thoughtful! The room was larger than expected; we had space for two suitcases and still had room to spare. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so we slept wonderfully. The laundry room even had detergent and a dryer, which was a godsend for tired travelers like us.

I was surprised that there is such a high-end resort hotel in Luoyang. The decoration materials are high-end and the experience is beyond my expectations. From the room you can see the vast lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The butler service is very considerate. They contacted us the day before to confirm the itinerary and meals can be delivered to the room. I like this kind of lying flat vacation experience.

Very close to the Chongdugou scenic spot and convenient transportation. Clean and hygienic, the decoration style is great, and the film is released. The children who bring their own swimming pool like it very much. You can play in the water without leaving the yard. The most important thing is that the food at the hotel tastes very good. The price is not expensive and very satisfied. Recommend to friends!

Traveling to Luoyang with friends, I thought the hotels were all very different, but I didn't expect that the lobby was very warm and the environment was very good. The hotel room was very spacious. There was a faint fragrance as soon as I entered the hotel. I slept very soundly. I will come again next time!

HUMweiweiA famous hotel with high privacy. There are only 4 rooms in the whole building. There are security guards in and out. The rooms are well soundproofed! The equipment is very complete, the floor heating makes you not feel the winter, the breakfast is very considerate, Mr. Bao from Henan makes rice, one serving per person is considered considerate! ! !

Guest UserMy trip to Luoyang was made even better by the Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel. It's very close to both the high-speed train station and the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and stylish. The butler service was professional and attentive. I stayed for five days and four nights, and enjoyed looking at the lovely courtyard every day. It was a real treat! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel again!

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a positive review, and I really need to give an objective, to-the-point assessment of the two-bedroom duplex suite I stayed in at the Hilton Luoyang. I originally booked a king room, but when I checked in, I found out they had a new room type. The front desk staff told me it was a newly opened two-bedroom duplex suite. Since I was traveling with my child, I figured comfort was important, so I paid at the front desk to upgrade and try it out. This was my first time staying in this kind of room, so I didn't have high expectations. However, once we got into the room, my wife and son absolutely loved it! Seeing their happy faces, I felt it was totally worth the money. The room even had a spiral slide, which my son adored and didn't want to leave. The front desk staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM, which I really appreciated. A big thank you to Alin, who checked me in and recommended a room type that perfectly met my needs. My son even said he wants to stay in this room again next time we visit Luoyang. Our whole family had such a wonderful time on this trip to Luoyang, which is why I'm gladly writing this positive review for the Hilton Luoyang. See you next time, Luoyang!
