"The whole B&B is very beautiful! As soon as you enter the lobby, the complex and exquisite patterns and color combinations are refreshing. The two bosses are so enthusiastic! The flight was very late on the day of arrival, and the return flight was the earliest. I would greet you warmly every day when I went out and when I came back. Every day, I would give the best plan for travel planning, and enthusiastically give directions to delicious barbecue restaurants nearby! When you go out early in the morning, don’t forget to bring some bread and rice to eat on the way! very touched. The room layout and equipment are excellent! ! Outside the window is an apricot flower in full bloom. The boss specially reserved a quiet room where you can see the apricot blossoms. Like a fairy tale house! This season happens to be when Yili apricot flowers are in full bloom! Flowering period is short. Exactly within a few days of my stay. Delightful for the eyes. Equipment, slippers, towels and other bath supplies are very good! No ambiguity at all! Stayed for five nights! Very comfortable! Very cool! It is one of the best hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in! Excellent! ! !"

"The room was fantastic, the owner was very welcoming, and the entire decor clearly showed a lot of thought and effort. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, despite its prime location on Liuxing Street. Facilities: Fully equipped, the only issue was that the bedside sockets didn't have USB ports. Cleanliness: Very clean, and they thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and towels. Environment: The overall environment was superb, with a unique and pleasing style; it was clear that a lot of thought and effort had been put into it, both inside and out. Service: The service was excellent. The owner was very welcoming; we arrived very late due to traffic, and the owner escorted us to our room before going to rest."

"The B&B has a very nice environment, with a very cozy courtyard and two cute puppies. The boss is very enthusiastic, any problems are solved immediately, and there is a special parking space. The breakfast tasted very good. It is also very convenient to eat around. There is a handmade ice cream shop nearby, which tastes delicious. Very close to the Ili River Bridge. Will stay next time"

"Location: It's very conveniently located for dining in the Haierbag area and shopping near the North Gate. Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and the exceptionally large courtyard feels incredibly luxurious. Courtyard Experience: You could easily spend a whole day in the courtyard without getting bored. They offer afternoon tea and delicious fresh fruits. We even got to witness a minority ethnic wedding today! Service: The staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing routes and local cuisine and were incredibly patient."

"To be honest, this is the most expensive hotel we booked during our visit to Xinjiang. Its location is not very convenient, but we drove here and it was OK. Her courtyard is a Soviet-style building, which is really beautiful. The house is a bit inferior, just average, but the hot water has been broken, which I find very strange. Anyway, it has been broken for a while in the morning, and there was a fire drill in the afternoon, which scared me a lot. I called to ask what happened, and they said it was nothing, it was just a drill. It was quite strange."

"Facilities: The infrastructure is very well-equipped and can meet all sorts of needs. The gym and swimming pool are both excellent. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The room was cozy yet upscale, and every part of the hotel was spotlessly clean, without any strange odors. The air was fresh and very comfortable. Environment: Right opposite Tianshan Mountain, the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very pleasing view. Downstairs, there were recreational areas with many fruit trees, and staff even offered free fruit picking and tasting. There were also slides and a climbing wall, showing a very thoughtful approach that caters to both seniors and children. Service: Truly exceptional. Every staff member was very professional, warm, and responsible. They would politely greet us whenever we met them, and they recommended delicious food, drinks, and fun activities in Xinjiang. I left my headphones behind, and the hotel staff responsibly kept them safe and returned them to me. They also provided two complimentary breakfasts and free bar drinks. Dining: Our room booking included afternoon tea and evening happy hour, both of which were abundant and delicious. There was rice, vegetables, lamb, beef, cold dishes, porridge, steamed buns, fruits, salads, cakes, tea, dried milk curds, coffee, soda, juice, wine… The flavors were all superb, and the ingredients were very fresh and natural, with no pre-packaged foods, making it very healthy. Breakfast was also rich and could satisfy people with different tastes. We tried many delicious items 😋, especially the brick tea + milk + milk skin, which tasted absolutely incredible and was a delightful surprise. Since it was my first time seeing it, I wasn't sure how to prepare it, but as soon as a waiter saw me pouring tea, they came over to help me prepare it, allowing me to enjoy a perfectly proportioned, authentic Xinjiang milk tea and genuine milk skin! The cold chicken gizzards and cold fish skin were also super delicious, very flavorful, and tasted great. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing!"

"In such a bustling area of Kazanqi, the newly opened B&B is oversized. The most surprising thing is that there is a super large oversized pool in the yard, and there is a concave shape with corners. The door is a travel photography store together, free ethnic clothing, and 3 photos are also sent. I chose the Tatar clothes, this color, how to shoot in the hotel The homestay has its own cultural and creative store, and you can take your children to make a Kazanqi refrigerator sticker and bring the blue memories home. Back to the room, it is also a constant surprise, the bedding is soft like a cloud, the toiletries are very good, the welcome fruit has been washed and set, the afternoon tea is sweet and filled, this feeling of being properly taken care of is really good Free pick-up service is arranged clearly from the moment of arrival. If you drive by yourself, there is free parking space in the yard of the hotel. The housekeeper carries luggage, very intimate, and the service is very good."

"Great value for money! The environment is extraordinary, like entering a secret garden, and you will feel relaxed physically and mentally as soon as you move in. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The owner is warm and hospitable and helps plan travel routes. Having stayed in so many B&Bs, this one really stands out! Good location, close to surrounding attractions and food. The room is decorated in style and full of details, and you can see that a lot of thought has gone into it. The service is impeccable, the staff are always available and responsive. It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended!"

"We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please."

"I really loved the room! It had a humidifier and was decorated with ethnic flair. The ornaments were clearly chosen with care; I heard the owner personally drove to Kashgar to get them. I also enjoyed the scent of the room diffuser. The hotel is right in LiuXing Street, and the watermelon was delicious too! My flight was in the morning, and the owner even drove me to the airport! What a great young man!"
