"I chose this hotel based on the website's ratings, 9.3/10, so I trusted the reviews. Since check-in was at 10 PM, the staff was no longer in the office, and I had to call an operator to get checked in. It was difficult to find both the office and the room itself. This isn't really a hotel; it's more like an apartment or officetel. It was very clean with a beautiful interior, and I was checked into the 30th floor. The view was amazing, but there were no amenities (toothbrush, comb, face wash). If you're coming for a beach vacation, it's a great option, but if you're traveling around Korea, the location isn't ideal for exploring Busan. There's a cool gelato coffee shop nearby called GELASONG! I recommend it!"

"I really liked this hotel. Even though it’s a bit remote, it’s very quiet, the view is amazing, and the room is comfortable, I truly enjoyed my stay. The bus stop is very close, and if you need to go to the airport, there is also an airport bus nearby, about a 13-minute walk.
Before coming, I had read some reviews and many of them were quite negative, so I was a little worried. But once I arrived, I liked it immediately. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Even though it’s in a quieter area, I think it’s actually very convenient to start exploring Busan from this side. It’s much less crowded compared to the city center. Plus, Lotte Mall is just a few stops away, so if you plan to do some serious shopping, it’s very convenient.
I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Busan."

"This is the best hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is small, with only 9 rooms on 8 floors. The rooms are huge, very clean and recently renovated. The location is excellent, the beach is 100 meters away, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient access to all attractions. The room has a swimming pool, a vinyl player and a projector. The pool is especially striking because of its large size, always comfortable temperature and cleanliness, and all this with a beautiful view and all the amenities. We lived for 3 days, during which time not a single negative was found. With such a hotel, the whole trip seems more attractive and comfortable. At the same time, room prices (for 6 people with breakfast!!) They are at the level of an average room for 2 people in any chain hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality, I hope we will come back here again!

"The hotel is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Lianhan Station Exit 5 or 7. If you take Exit 5, there's an elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and they provide two bottles of water. Having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus! There's a CU convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering everything from pork soup and rice, BBQ, and pig's trotters to abalone porridge and cold noodles."

"The hotel is right in the middle of Gopchang Alley, and the entrance was incredibly hard to find. When I arrived, I honestly thought, 'Oh no, this looks dodgy.' But just as other reviewers mentioned, the owner, an older woman, was so kind, which was a huge relief. The room felt a bit chilly because the ondol (underfloor heating) was off, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately helped. They even suggested using the electric mat under the futon. When I asked for extra water, they gave me plenty, and I even shared some of my huge takeout oden with them... She was incredibly kind, like a favorite aunt! (laughs) Because of its location right in Gopchang Alley, there was noise until late at night, so I kept the TV on. It was great that I could watch YouTube and Netflix in the room – I even watched the BTS comeback there! Step outside and you're surrounded by places to eat and drink, and Gukje Market and Bupyeong Kkangtong Market are right nearby, making it super convenient for shopping. There's also a bus stop very close by, so I could go anywhere easily. The only thing was that the entrance looked a bit like a love hotel... and well, the room did too, if you think about it. (laughs) But for the price, the room was more than spacious enough. All the amenities were provided too. I'd definitely recommend this place for its convenience over a luxurious hotel stay! I could even see Busan Tower from my room, and the illuminations were beautiful."

"My husband and I really liked the hotel. It’s in a great location—a 7- to 10-minute walk to the beach and about the same distance to the metro, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s a convenience store right inside the hotel building; I went there a few times at night for a snack.
The hotel is on a quiet street, so we couldn’t hear any nighttime noise.
The room was cozy, too, but I was on a lower floor with no view; the window was far from the bed, and it felt like I was in a dark room with no windows or doors. It took me a while to get used to the dimness on the first day.
The only downside for me personally was the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. Maybe it’s not like that in all rooms, but keep that in mind if you also catch a cold easily from the AC.
The lovely housekeeping staff left bottles of water for me by the door to my room even though my ”Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging there. That was so kind of them, thank you"

X03626Fantastic! All-around excellent, though the room's fixtures are a bit dated; the wooden floorboards are starting to crack. Also, while Trip.com listed it as Chinese-friendly, there was no one at the front desk who spoke Chinese, so I struggled with my broken English for a while. Aside from these two minor points, everything else was top-notch. The sea view is absolutely unbeatable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, especially the staff in the breakfast restaurant.

Location: Absolutely perfect! It's directly across from the Haeundae Tourist Information Center, just a short walk across the pedestrian crossing. The first floor has a convenience store and a bakery, and the second floor hosts three restaurants: the hotel's buffet (serving breakfast and lunch), a king crab restaurant (reservations easily made via Naver), and a sushi place. Step out of the hotel, turn right, and within ten meters, you'll find a McDonald's and Ilpum Hanwoo (which is absolutely delicious). The convenience for dining and accommodation is a solid 10/10 – I was extremely satisfied.
Facilities: The front desk is on the third floor, where you'll also find luggage lockers. Each floor's hallway has an ice machine and a water dispenser. In the room, there are six large paper cups, four bottles of water, and six pour-over coffee packets, so you'll definitely have enough ice and coffee. The hotel also offers airport/city shuttle buses every hour, though I didn't use them. The rooftop infinity pool is on the smaller side, but the view makes up for it. Plus, they manage entry by time slots (for an extra fee), which keeps it clean and peaceful. My room had a partial ocean view facing the beach near the tourist center, not a full 180-degree view, but I was still very happy with it.

Fake KoreanThe room is really spacious and beautiful. The view is astonishing! Could have been better if the room had some utensils. I called the front but it seemed like the hotel does not provide utensils at all :( If you're planning to stay here, make sure to bring utensils along too!

SahaladexingkongAfter all, it's a branded hotel. The Lotte Hotel lobby is grand and upscale, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean. The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby for easy travel, and it's not far from Busan KTX Station or the airport. There's a convenience store across the street for easy access to food. Plenty of restaurants are right next door, making dining very convenient. The Lotte Duty-Free Shop is also right there, perfect for shopping. The only downside was that I couldn't find a TV channel to watch the World Cup.

Baymond is situated in a perfect location. We were in a walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and convenience stores.
The rooms are on the smaller side. Interior could be upgraded as it is a bit old.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
There is a lovely rooftop pool and sauna on site. Pool and jacuzzi are overlooking the beach and the busy streets of Haeundae.
Places to check out nearby: Busan x the sky, olive young, hot pot spots, Indian restaurants, baskin robins for some ice cream
If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable hotel Baymond is a good choice.

Anonymous UserAlthough this hotel requires two transfers to get back to the upper floors, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pedestrian street with plenty of food options, and the beach is just across the road. I'll definitely bring my kids back here for a vacation again.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.

Guest UserThe room was spacious with two large beds and plenty of extra space, which was great. The rooftop pool was huge with warm water, so we had a lot of fun even with the wind. It was quite deep though, haha. We also made good use of the spin dryer in the 6th-floor restroom to dry our swimsuits. 💚 We had such a pleasant stay that I'd definitely go back again.
