WangxiaodaiI booked this place over a month in advance, and it has a lovely modern-retro vibe, very cozy.
The shower and toilet are separate, and it even comes with a Dyson hairdryer. The room feels different from a typical hotel room.
On the ground floor is a coffee shop owned by the same person, which closes at 9 PM. You can use your card to enter and exit through the side door. Upon check-in, you get two complimentary Americanos (you can swap them for other drinks by paying the difference).
It's very convenient if you're visiting Yeongdo, though it's a bit far from Gwangalli and Haeundae.
Little surprises:
1. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc., are provided.
2. The mini-fridge drinks and snacks are free.
3. A handwritten note and a creative cultural souvenir are gifted.
Amenities:
Convenience store: Across from the coffee shop.
Shopping: Nampo-dong Walking Street, Lotte Department Store, Olive Young, etc. (10-minute walk).
Restaurants: Many dining options nearby, and the owner also provides recommendations – check the check-in guide.
Minor regrets:
1. The bed frame has sharp corners, and due to its placement, it's easy to accidentally bump into it. You need to be mindful of your walking path.
2. The separate shower room has no place to put clothes.
I booked Room 2 this time; I wonder if other room types have a better layout.
This place is very relaxing, perfect for a two-day getaway to clear your mind. The owner is also very enthusiastic. Afterwards, you can switch to another hotel in Haeundae or Gwangalli to enjoy the sea, explore attractions, and go shopping.

Excellent location for a new and clean hotel, living up to Lotte's standards, and being in Haeundae adds to the relaxed vacation vibe. The third floor offers ice buckets and wine glasses, creating a lovely holiday atmosphere. You can also grab a bite in the pantry if you like, but I appreciate that no food is allowed in the lobby – it would get too messy otherwise! Right outside, you're on Haeundae Beach, perfect for swimming, strolling, or shopping. The breakfast was more than satisfying for me!

The view is absolutely stunning! You can see the highway with the ocean view, plus Gwangandaegyo Bridge! The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The location is quite convenient, with OY department store, Shinsegae, and some delicious pork soup restaurants nearby.

Guest UserWe booked two rooms; one had a balcony with a beach view, and the other faced the street, which wasn't too noisy for us. The main advantage is the convenience. There's an alleyway full of food options right across the street, and a famous pork soup rice place directly opposite the hotel that always has a long queue from morning till night. Apparently, it's a popular chain here, and we tried it – it was delicious! The hotel is also just a few steps away from the beach. We took the bus back to Busan because the train station was quite far, but the bus was very convenient. Just wanted to share for anyone considering it 😄

АнкотикWe stayed at this hotel during the BTS concert in Busan, and it was the most budget-friendly option for us. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were crisp (which made sleeping even more enjoyable). There's a cafeteria on the 1st floor where you can make instant noodles, grab coffee/water/tea, and they also provided tea and coffee sachets in the room. The room has a TV with Korean channels (something for everyone!) and streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc., but you'll need to use your own account as they're not paid for). We also liked the hotel's location. It's a 30-40 minute walk to Gwangalli Beach (we didn't try taking the bus).

This is a serviced apartment, and the elevators are still covered in protective film.
Service: The front desk staff were very rude. Honestly, you can just use the self-service check-in and check-out, so you don't really need to interact with them.
Breakfast: There was a queue for breakfast, and the staff seating people were still very rude. The preferential treatment was obvious. The breakfast was just enough to fill you up, not good quality.
It's quite inconvenient that you have to scan a QR code or use a password to enter and exit the apartment, and also to use the elevators. The advantages are the large rooms and great location. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options downstairs, and Pop Mart is just a right turn from the exit. The mall above this place has everything, and it's right next to Seomyeon, the liveliest area. It's suitable for young people.

mangosellerIs located within a residence building that has multiple different operator running it. I would say NewCZ is 1 of the better operator in the building as they have instructions sent to your email before checking in as well as banner at the main lobby to direct you to checking in as I have witnessed some other guests that reserved with other operator seems to have problem doing the self check-in.
The room I reserved is nothing amazing but I do love the water dispenser available in the room.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out.
The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station.
However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them.
I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience.
That said, the room was smaller than I expected based on the photos. The bathroom was also located inside one of the bedrooms, which made things a little awkward when multiple people were staying in the unit. Another strange detail was that there were no large bath towels provided.
The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s close to the beach and within easy reach of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room also had a full kitchen, which was a nice feature. However, it was missing basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, and silverware, so it wasn’t really possible to make full use of the kitchen.
Despite a few inconveniences, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it a solid choice for a beach getaway.

Guest UserThe hotel is already quiet old and need for renovation. The stuff was really well trained and polite. But the room was not such good. The toilet flush was weak, and it wasn't separated from the shower. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was strong, but the drain was very poor and water accumulated, so I had to turn the shower down to the minimum setting to avoid flooding the room. The TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and I decided not to touch it because I was worried it might fall. The wallpaper and baseboards were heavily stained from splashes, and they themselves were already damaged. The hotel's greatest strengths are its location and its polite, well-trained, and friendly staff. However, it is in dire need of renovation.
