"The location is superb. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Seomyeon Station and Lotte Hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and evening street food stalls nearby, with some operating 24 hours, so you'll have absolutely no trouble with daily necessities.
After exiting Seomyeon Station via Exit 1, walk straight until you reach Daiso, then turn right. Look across the first street you come to, and you'll spot the hotel's green sign on the 7th floor of the building located next to a coffee shop and just a few meters past a convenience store. Alternatively, you can use the underground shopping arcade; take Exit 11, and you'll emerge directly in front of Daiso. Be aware, though, that the underground arcade doesn't seem to have air conditioning, so it only provides shelter from rain and direct sun.
The self-check-in system can be quite confusing for first-timers. On the morning of your stay, an email will be sent containing the building entry PIN, room number, room entry PIN, and bed location. As this arrives on the day itself, missing the email means you'll have to contact the owner directly. Upon arrival, you'll also need to complete a check-in procedure by scanning a QR code at your room door. The number to enter is located in the upper right corner of the booking confirmation sent by Trip.com. The confirmation includes both a 'confirmation number' and a 'booking number' – I can't recall which one, but you'll complete the check-in by entering the one you're instructed to use. A 4-digit confirmation key was also sent, but I didn't need to use it on this occasion.
Theoretically, if you take the first train on Line 2 from Seomyeon Station and transfer to the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail at Sasang, you should arrive at the airport just after 06:00. However, in reality, I didn't reach the airport check-in counter until 06:30. This trip, I was on a Jeju Air flight departing at 07:35, and both the check-in counter and immigration had long queues. Even with online check-in, it was a very tight schedule. If you dawdle at the self-check-in kiosks, you won't make the one-hour cutoff for check-in before your flight.
Regarding taxis, while pre-booking might be possible if you're at a super luxury hotel like Lotte Hotel, I went to Lotte Hotel early in the morning and found no taxis waiting. Also, be aware that unlike in Japan, even if you try to book a taxi in advance using various apps, there might be no cars available, or your booking could be canceled. Therefore, a reservation doesn't seem to guarantee a ride, so it's best to exercise caution.
For a guesthouse, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the owner's thoughtful attention to detail was evident in the various services provided. Additionally, on this occasion, the other guests were very considerate, so I didn't encounter any problems."
