The hotel was nice; however, the bathroom light was not working, and the switch made a buzzing sound, as if there was an electrical issue.

I stayed in the executive rooms at Ginger Vapi. However, the room did not quite meet the expectations of an “executive” category in terms of overall feel and comfort. That said, the hospitality really stood out. The reception desk executive, Kajal ma’am, was extremely courteous and helpful. In the restaurant, Smruti and Shreya served us with great manners and professionalism, which made the dining experience pleasant.Overall, it was a good experience. While a room is the primary place of stay, a positive environment and warm service truly enhance a traveler’s happiness and that’s where the hotel does well.

Staff is cooperative specially sriya and aashish were more cooperative and grounded... Food found not upto the mark as no variety was available... Breakfast options were limited... Pineapple joice which was served was watery....

The hotel experience was very good. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. Especially Ashish Panday, Sharai, and Shuruti were very well-behaved and supportive throughout the stay. Service was smooth and everything was well managed. Overall, everything was okay and comfortable. I am satisfied with the stay.
