Hotels With Wi-Fi in Olomouc, Czech Republic

This hotel is without doubt the best value and the best hotel in Olomouc. The food is excellent, the rooms superb and the staff friendly and helpful. Being opposite the Railway station it is in an ideal location. I highly recommend it,. I also suggest you take a day on the Osoblaha steam railway from Tremesna v Slezsku.

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio in questo hotel per due notti...bellissimo hotel,comodissima garage con ascensore diretto al prezzo di soli 150 corone, stanza grande spaziosa, bagno con una doccia fantastica enorme...il personale gentile e professionale. Ma ho da dire su due cose la prima non è venuta sig.ra delle pulizie, quindi non ci hanno pulita stanza e neanche ci hanno buttato spazzatura...nulla. e secondo la colazione, una stanza piccola per intero albergo,con cibo che alle 9.20 era quasi tutto finito e non è stato rifirnito(col.fino alle 10) siamo arrivati due mattine e non ci era posto per mettersi seduti quindi ho aspettato 15minuti...secondo giorno alle 9.20 non c era di nuovo quasi niente da mangiare quindi ho preso solo cappuccino.chi come me fa colazione.solo dolce non c'è quasi nulla. Sicuramente tornerò ma non vorrò più colazione che è assurda.

Arrived at about 1pm and receptionist unsmilingly said “check in is 2 pm”. Not a word more about our leaving our luggage in the hotel until I blurted out and asked if she’s expecting us to lug our luggage around! Mind you, there were no other guests around or checking in then. Returned after 2 pm and had to wait some minutes before we were checked in when she then said our room is on the 4th floor and the elevator is out of order. I was not prepared to haul my luggage up 4 floors (I’m a senior in my seventies) and then having to spend the next 2 days struggling up N down a few times a day, certainly not on a vacation! So I asked the gentleman helping me with my bag if they could at least check me in to a first floor room, and of course one was readily available. Surely the receptionist could have used her common sense n checked me in on the first floor. By the way, the elevator had not been working for some days and was awaiting for parts to arrive! Breakfast at their once award winning restaurant left much to be desired. The slow loud coffee machine should have long been discarded and coffee was just awful! No fresh cut fruits nor bread rolls, terrible scrambled eggs, amongst others, one of the least preferred breakfast experienced in the last couple of weeks travelling around and from a once award winning restaurant. The saving grace will be their room and bathroom, especially their shower stall and shower, one of best Ive had on this travel. Perhaps management should emphasise to their front staff to be more welcoming of their guests, a smile or two and a thank you on checking out, goes a long way…..

great location, hotel is a 15' walk from center, quiet location, parking at hotel (charge) possible, nice clean, quiet rooms, ours was on the 6th floor, friendly staff, great food at restaurant, breakfast above standard - would book again.

It is an apartment that is cleanly maintained in clean and clean facilities. It is spacious and well equipped, water comes out well, parking lots are spacious and access security is thorough, but the person who stays is easy to access. Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Olomotsuna!

Needed two rooms or one big one for a weekend the family (son 15 and daughter 10) in Olomouc. The city was already pretty booked, so stayed here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great cafe right next door. Room was big with enough space and beds for all of us at a great price. 10 minute walk from the main station, but also ample parking (we travelled by train). 15-20 minute walk into the old town, or take a tram from teh train station. Great value for money and great for the family, thanks!
