A great reasonably priced hotel. Excellently located to access either Swansea or Cardiff. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist who was so helpful throughout our stay. I would totally recommend staying at this hotel.

A lovely little guest house and an excellent location. The rooms are not very modern looking but the room I stayed in had plenty of space, beds were extremely comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious and I had a lovely hot bath! The breakfast was delicious and a nice choice of foods for the continental breakfast. Staff are really friendly and welcoming and always seem happy for a chat. They were also very helpful when it came to trying to find taxi's. The guest house is a small drive (5 mins or less) from bridgend town and a Tesco, but I feel you would need to drive there as I didn't see any train or bus stops. there is also a small spar which is about a 5/10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend the guest house and would stay there again

We arrived 13/2 and checked out 14/2. The young man who served at the bar was lovely, very polite on our arrival. Reception was very professional, friendly. The young g lady who served us evening meal was very friendly, polite but would benefit on some training with regards to giving cutlery that’s needed once ordered ie, steak knives, dessert spoons, open whim bottle, I asked another guest to open my Prosecco as I have arthritis in my hands. We weren’t offered Prosecco glasses, had to ask. This is to help to improve service not to criticise as they were lovely. At breakfast this morning the young man was very attentive, polite and very industrious. The beautician was excellent again very friendly and I’d go as far to say that the facial was the best I’ve had! Overall experience was excellent, food great and hotel was very clean. Thank you ☺️
