| The PuLi Hotel experience is super comfortable, worth crying for. The PuLi Hotel is indeed a tranquil haven in the bustling Jing'an district. As soon as the car enters the bamboo-lined entrance, a low-key yet sophisticated vibe emerges, making me feel I chose the right place. The most striking feature of the lobby is the large glass wall on one side, revealing the natural greenery outside, full of Zen. Sitting here to check in, the air is filled with the scent of bergamot, and lazy chansons play in the background, absolutely chill & chic. The hotel also has its own small garden. Sitting here with a cup of hot tea, leaning against the green bamboo, lying on a lounge chair, gazing at the skyscrapers and the sky, it's comfortable. The hotel room is quite large, modern Chinese style, with a view of the traffic on Yan'an Elevated Road outside the window. I took a look at the pool and gym, the facilities are great, and no one was using them. Breakfast is at PHENIX on the second floor, a Black Pearl French restaurant, with few diners. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with a menu for à la carte options, and you can also enjoy the buffet in a comfortable environment. The selection is not extensive but of good quality. The best thing is their homemade yogurt, served in small glass jars on ice. I took a jar and drizzled honey on it, it was amazing! Rich milk flavor, thick and smooth texture, almost the same as the honey yogurt I had in Greece. Shanghai The PuLi Hotel
