The concierge helped to move our luggage and the rest of the items to the new room. Breakfast spread is good and with a great variety of food. The hotel allows direct access to the ski sites and the rental shop provides numerous options for skiing and snow boarding lessons. The room is clean and well maintained. It also has washing and drying machine. Beautiful view from the balcony too!

The hotel is very close to the city and Chongli High-speed Railway Station. You can take a taxi or bus. It is recommended to take a taxi when you leave the high-speed railway station. Environment: There is a restaurant in the Four Seasons Town Mall next to the hotel, and there is a ski resort next to it. Service: The hotel lobby is very grand and the front desk staff are very polite.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

There is a living room and a bedroom, two separate toilets, a shower room, a refrigerator and a washing machine. It is cost-effective and the service is good. We brought children with us, so we added quilts and disposable utensils, and the sofa can be used as a small sofa bed, which meets the accommodation needs. By the way, because we have children, we ski until 2 pm, and the check-out time is extended for free. Both children and adults are very comfortable. Thank you very much

The hotel's pricing is reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. However, there is a mall within a 10-minute walk that has several western fast food chains such as KFC, Subway, and McDonald's.

Especially Liu Xia, the room supervisor of Building D, is warm, thoughtful and diligent, cleans up in time, and is caring and answering questions like a family. I will come again. The location of this hotel is excellent if you are wanting to do an early morning sunrise at Jingshanlin Great wall. This hotel is just right at the foot of the great wall entrance! From the time when we check in to check out, to the staff at the restaurant, they all provided excellent service, with a good smile, friendliness and willingly to help if you have any questions. They are very accommodating for our needs as well since we have a few of us that's vegetarian. The breakfast provided in the morning is excellent and very very fueling. Healthy too. If you want more of something that you like, they will bring it out again. We ate at the restaurant at night too, and the food was good. The room has all the amenities you need. Too bad the spa was not open when we're there (due to maintenance). Overall, excellent place to stay, right at the foot of the great wall. Jingshanlin Great wall is beautiful and one of the beautiful section of the great wall. Definitely worth a visit.

Finally, I rented it in the hotel. The process was very smooth. I wore the wrong shoes. I am very disappointed with the management of the swimming pool at 6th floor regarding to : 1. No life guard provided and allow non-guest swimming lessons occupying the whole pool without the area separated. 2. There are three so-called coaches to look after the pools but they all turn a blind eye when seeing someone break the safety codes including diving. 3, as you know no matter the business arrangement between intercontinental and the pool operation team, we as a guest the interest of us should prevail over the non guest learners of the swimming lessons. 4. I have repeatedly reminded the swimming coaches about the issue but they just do not pay any attention and performed any precautionary actions.

The room we were given only had a small window but it had a nice view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the room is a bit dated and had strong smell of cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking. Afternoons tea is a nice feature

My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.
