Brilliant staff, a great location and the cleanliness is brilliant, the staff and security are very attentive and so so helpful. I really recommend SOJO if you're looking for a good place to relax, they have a gym, a relaxation room, amazing comfortable soft beds and a great selection of channels in English, for those lazy TV days.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

A very nice and clean place. Great facilities to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned daily. I'd highly recommend staying at this place considering what you get for the price. Only drawback is that this is a big far from the centre of the city, but it's a close enough walk. And being a little further out makes it a quieter place.

A surprise decorated bed in celebration of our 22nd wedding anniversary — it was truly thoughtful and made the occasion even more meaningful. This is a great value hotel located in Vinh Phut. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are especially clean and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. I was also surprised to see that most of the guests at breakfast were Korean. Haha. The atmosphere and facilities are perfect for Koreans.

My family took 3 hours to wait for Trip and hotel to confirm the reservation. The resort landscape is beautiful but the equipment is degraded. The bathroom is weak, there is no hot water, everyone can't take a bath, have to buckle the clothes back to the room.

Great hotel. Very new building, service is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Vinh Yen is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but if you must be in the area this is a good place to stay. Fitness center is good and so is the outdoor pool, though it closes early.

Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

The surroundings are quite nice, with lakes on both sides offering beautiful views at night, making it convenient for walks or jogging. There's a shopping mall about a kilometer away, offering a Korean buffet and WinMart supermarket for shopping. The hotel decor is a bit dated, and the duvet cover sometimes has holes (though it's still comfortable, being made of pure cotton). The curtains let in some light, the hair dryer is underpowered, and the floor drain sometimes gets clogged. However, for a city like Vietnam, I personally find this acceptable. Overall, this hotel is considered relatively good in terms of safety, noise levels, and accessibility for the area.
