The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

I traveled alone to Mount Huangshan and drove to this guesthouse located at the South Gate of Mount Huangshan. I parked my car directly in front of the guesthouse. I had inquired with the front desk beforehand if I could leave my car parked there without moving it since I was staying on the mountain for a night. The front desk said yes, which truly solved a big problem for me. I was initially worried about where to park my car after checking out. The guesthouse room was quite spacious and very clean, and the location was simply unbeatable. After checking in, the front desk gave me a Mount Huangshan tourist map, which was very helpful for my hike. Tourists planning to arrive in Huangshan a night early can choose this place as a transit point; it's just a few minutes' walk to the South Gate the next morning! 😍

After get off work, go for a run and fitness, which can relieve the pressure of work. Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei for this trip, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's really close to attractions like the Anhui Museum (new building), the Art Museum, and the Geological Museum, as well as the popular 'Hecai 1972' complex. The hotel is also on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Swan Lake and Hefei's famous 'Three-Piece Set' landmarks.

The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
