During the Guangxi 'March 3rd' holiday, I met up with friends and brought our children specifically to climb Tiandu Peak, which we learned about in school. We wanted to experience the famous Huangshan pines and unique rock formations firsthand and immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. We arrived at Huangshan Hidden Realm B&B tired and hungry from our journey. Luckily, the B&B's food was authentic and delicious, full of southern Anhui flavor, and very reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable and cozy, allowing us to shed all our fatigue. After a strenuous day of hiking up and down the mountain, the B&B thoughtfully provided shuttle service to and from the mountain base, saving us a lot of trouble. The next day, when we were leaving, the owner even proactively helped us book a car to the high-speed rail station. The entire service was meticulous and heartwarming. Our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

Our family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

A prime example of excellent service among Huangshan's B&Bs! The free pick-up and drop-off service within a five-kilometer radius truly shows their sincerity. The driver was incredibly service-minded, warm, and thoughtful, taking care of every detail throughout. The front desk staff were professional and attentive; their efficiency in handling check-ins and their quick response to any issues were impressive. They even provided extra tips for exploring the area. This kind of 'exceeding expectations' service significantly boosted our travel happiness. Highly recommend to travelers who value quality service!

The hotel service was excellent ✌️ The environment is great, right across from the Kangxi River. Facilities are complete, and breakfast is plentiful. The room was also cleaned very well. Christmas is coming, and the hotel decoration has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I'll definitely come again! So good, so good!

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM due to travel, thinking it might be a hassle to check in so early. To my surprise, the landlady at the front desk was incredibly kind! She mentioned my booked room wasn't ready yet and upgraded me to an available deluxe room. The room was genuinely spacious. The best part? Soaking in the private hot spring in the courtyard right outside my room at 4:00 PM, I turned beet red from the heat – it was absolutely blissful, hahaha! 😂 (The photo was taken from my room entrance)

This hotel is definitely a great choice if you're visiting Huangshan Scenic Area. We compared several hotels, and this one is the closest to the scenic area. Being a chain hotel, it also felt more reliable. My friend and I came together, and after hiking down the mountain, we wanted a hotel with convenient shuttle service to the base, and this place delivers. Getting around is super easy. There are restaurants and a supermarket right nearby, so dining and shopping are very convenient – everything you need is right there. Plus, there's an old street right next to the hotel; if you have time, it's worth a stroll, it's really nice. The scenery in Huangshan is absolutely stunning. We did have a slight regret on our trip up Huangshan today: it rained a bit and was foggy, so some spots weren't clearly visible. It leaves something to be desired, but we'll definitely come back to conquer Tian Du Peak next time. We couldn't get tickets for Tian Du this time, so we missed out.

I took my parents out to travel. I saw that it was newly opened on the Internet. After booking, I felt more than expected. The room was very clean and the decoration style was simple and comfortable. The local specialties cooked by the proprietress are very pleasant. Overall evaluation five stars 👍

The room was great, spotlessly clean, and even had a smart toilet. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant on the 23rd or 24th floor (I apologize, I can't recall the exact room number) was exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast was excellent! I got to try the local specialty, qiangguo mian (stir-fried noodles), and the chicken soup wontons were incredibly fresh and delicious. The freshly made pork buns were also fantastic. The chefs at the live cooking stations were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of having takeaway cups readily available next to the coffee machine. Sitting in the lounge on the top floor in the evening was a great way to relax. I had noted on Trip.com that my booking included a welcome fruit plate, and I also redeemed 1 point for one, but the front desk never mentioned it and it was not provided at any point during my stay.

Visited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!
