The environment and hygiene are both excellent, and the twin room is very spacious. The surrounding area is nice, and it's super convenient to get to the airport directly from the hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town. It's a great choice if you're staying overnight for a connecting flight. Breakfast is optional and can be paid for on-site.

I booked a king-sized bed, but when I got to the lobby, I wanted to ask the front desk if I could switch to two twin beds. The male staff member who was assisting me was about to check when a female front desk staff member at another computer interjected, saying it wasn't possible, they were fully booked with a group today. I'm okay with not switching; I was just asking to see if it was an option, as it would be perfect for my child to have an extra comforter. But I was a bit taken aback by the female staff member's attitude at that moment โ haha, just a minor hiccup.
The hotel has direct access to Wanda Plaza from B1. In the evening, my mom took two bags of trash downstairs to throw away. She carried them all the way to the 26th-floor lobby but couldn't find a large trash can. When she asked the front desk where she could dispose of them, a male staff member immediately took them from her. We were very grateful, and also a bit embarrassed. The view from upstairs overlooking Suochengli and the city nightscape is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean, and my child loved it. The staff kept a close eye on the pool, and the rule about changing into slippers before entering the pool was very well enforced.
We went to breakfast around 9 am, and there was plenty of food. However, the service quality of the restaurant staff was noticeably lower than the lobby staff. Our table didn't have cutlery, so I had to ask a young male server for some. Later, we ran out of tissues while eating, and when I asked for some, the staff member actually asked me how many I wanted! I jokingly asked, 'How big is one sheet?' Haha, the tissues were so large that my child even asked me to take a picture of him with one. These were all fun little anecdotes, and overall, I was very satisfied. ๐

This is my top choice for hotels in Jinan. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel decor is luxurious and refined, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. You get fantastic views of urban landscapes like Daming Lake and Quancheng Square! All the staff are professional and enthusiastic. Quality Control Manager Connie was especially thoughtful and can help you with any issue. Overall, my stay was great, and I'll definitely be coming back.

The hotel is great, with a good location and facilities, very close to Baotu Spring. Across the street is Henglong Plaza. However, the service has its own unique style. Shangri-La requires a deposit for guests, and for breakfast, you need to show your room card and state your name. What I disliked the most was the constant knocking on the door by staff. I didn't want to use the 'do not disturb' sign, but then there was knocking for laundry, water refills, and various other reasons. If they need something, they should call. I've never seen staff carrying water bottles around, knocking on every door to ask if guests need water โ that's a bit odd. The room had already been cleaned and tidied, so why do they keep doing this?

An unexpectedly great stay! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao. This stay was incredibly satisfying! (The first 4 photos are of a corner room, the last 3 are a standard king room).
๐ฐ Value for money: We booked a deluxe king room for ยฅ2033 for two nights. For this quality, right next to May Fourth Square, I truly think it's excellent value for money, especially with the high-floor sea view.
๐๏ธ Room experience: Initially, we were assigned room 1607, a standard king room. When we went upstairs, we happened to see the adjacent room 1608 (a corner room) being cleaned. It was noticeably larger and also had a sea view. I tried asking the front desk if we could upgrade for an extra fee, but to my surprise, they said it was actually the same room type. However, they acknowledged the corner room was indeed larger with a better view. They ended up coordinating for us to switch to it the next day. (A friendly tip for those wanting a corner room: prioritize room 08 on each floor.)
๐ Warm service: The most touching moment was on our way back home. We were catching the high-speed train and were in such a rush that we didn't have time to go back to the hotel for our luggage. We had to call the hotel from the train station. The staff were incredibly cooperative, helping us hand our luggage over to a taxi driver, and it was successfully delivered to us in the end. This kind of crucial help really made a huge difference.
๐ Location: Vientiane City and May Fourth Square are nearby, within a 10-minute walk. Getting a taxi or taking the subway downstairs is also super convenient.
Overall, whether it's the location, service attitude, room comfort, or value for money, this stay was a 99.9% success ๐. Next time I come to Qingdao, I will definitely choose The Westin again!

Overall, it was okay. However, there were two things I wasn't too happy about.
First, on the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM. The front desk told me that a room had just become available and they would clean it immediately. They said they would call me once it was ready and suggested I go to the lounge for afternoon tea in the meantime.
I waited until 3:00 PM, and no one called me. I called the front desk again, and they said the room was still being cleaned and asked me to continue waiting. I said, โNo, the check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM. Why isn't the room ready?โ The front desk asked me to wait a moment, waited about twenty seconds, and then said the room was ready for check-in. I was like, โHuh??โ In the end, I did manage to check in smoothly.
Second, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could hear people talking in the hallway and the opening and closing of doors in the next room very clearly.

Coming to Qingdao, staying in the right place really saves half the trouble! This time, I stayed at the Shangri-La Qingdao, and I'm very, very satisfied!
๐ Super convenient transportation: The hotel is directly above Wusi Square Station on Metro Line 3, making it a direct ride to Zhanqiao Pier, Badaguan, and the railway station. Taxis to any attraction are also within 20 minutes. This location is truly unbeatable!
๐๏ธ Seamless shopping and dining: The hotel's back door leads directly to MixC Mall, so you don't even need to go outside on a rainy day to explore the mall. In the evening, you can walk to Wusi Square to watch the light show, and stroll back with the sea breeze โ a truly fulfilling experience.
๐ Hotel amenities galore: While the decor is more classic (not the trendy Instagram-style), the service is very attentive. Una and Chloe, in particular, provided excellent and polite service. With a heated swimming pool and a kids' club, it's perfect for letting the little ones burn off some energy.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

NNancyyoujiaSuper convenient for the airport, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The room was really comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade! Parking was easy with the hotel's own lot. The service was excellent, especially Anna who was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

LLele&mamaI have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it.

AAnonymous UserI had the pleasure of staying at this Crowne Plaza during my trip to Qingdao, and it truly felt like a five-star experience. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service is absolutely top-notch, a truly mature five-star standard. It's been a long time since I've experienced such excellent, standard five-star service (many hotels nowadays might look good, but their staff training is often lacking). The suite I stayed in was fantastic, every area was spotless, and the windows were bright and clean. A hotel is really a combination of hardware and software, and the outstanding service (software) here more than makes up for the slight age of the facilities (hardware). I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality! They made my stay incredibly convenient.
As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!
