Day 3 into our stay and no need to wait to leave the review this place deserves. Most definitely 5* experience. Suites clean & decor beautiful, spacious, comfortable big beds & plenty of pillows to choose from. Heated Infinity pool overlooking the caldera UNREAL! Cocktails & food lovely from the swim up bar, staff so friendly and attentive. Came for my wife's 40th birthday and undoubtedly made the right decision.

Overall an amazing budget hotel that I could in no way fault. Great location. Short walk to the centre of Fira. From the hotel initially there is a steep incline but only lasts for about 10m from then on the walk is easy and takes less that 10 minutes. Rooms are lovely and clean. We were staying in a separate building about 20m from the hotel. On the roof of the building is a hot tub and sun beds available for guests to use. When we used it there was no one there so it felt like our own private area. Private patio outside our room was great too. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning is provided at no extra cost. Staff were lovely and at check in the receptionist provided us with a map and offered us guidance and information on santorini. Overall an amazing experience , if I was to go back to santorini I would 100% stay in this hotel again and I would highly recommend.

I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The room was fine with comfortable bed and big bathroom and I will say very clean and they made the room up each day. The rainfall shower was just a trickle. The breakfast was not good at all and we ended up going out. Very basic and not fresh. I had better breakfast at a three star in Santorini last year. There is no pool bar despite what the website says. So there is nowhere to get drinks and snacks. You have to walk to the supermarket to get anything. The pool is not heated and was freezing so no one went in it at all in the three days we were there. There’s only enough sun beds for 3 couples/family. When we arrived we were just given a key and sent upstairs to our room. No map, local guidance, recommendations for restaurants. They were not rude but there was no four star service.

The hotel was located in Oia Village with a great view of the world-famous blue domed church! We stayed in a cave room with a queen-sized bed with a curved ceiling. The bathroom floor was covered in black pebbles with no shower curtain/glass. However, it was spacious enough that you probably wouldn’t soak the whole bathroom when showering. The front desk staff and porters offered great customer service! They contacted us a few days before our reservation, offering us airport transfer services. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t that great, but they delivered it to our room each morning. Options included sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs, omelettes, fruit salad, etc. It was pretty basic. Overall, I think it was a great stay because of the exceptional view from the room.

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I booked a room for myself, my mum and 3 year old daughter as I was working in Santorini for a week. I booked through *********** and turned up only to find the hotel completely closed. Our taxi driver kindly called a number on the door and a cleaner came to meet us to tell us that we couldn't stay there that night but if we took a 10 min walk (this turned out to be 15 with luggage and toddler on Santorini streets) we could stay at a different hotel for one night then come back to Lignos the following day. I asked if we could have a taxi arranged for us, they refused and told us to walk. She then just left leaving us no choice but to walk as our taxi from the airport had already left by then. We arrived at the other hotel which incidentally happens to be the ones where the photographs of the pool are taken from, Lignos doesn't have one and should not be advertising itself so. I told the manager I was extremely unhappy to be put in this position and asked if we could stay in the new hotel for the duration of our trip rather than moving the following day which due to work I would have been unable to do. I was told no and so asked to speak with the owner of the hotel who screamed at me down the phone and told me my only options were to accept the new ”deal” they were offering us, apparently we were very lucky to be offered a night in the other hotel, or to have a full refund. I then went to find an alternative hotel which I managed to do within an hour and then called the owner back to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the refund. She told me I couldn't have one electronically and that it had to go back on the card I paid with however she was in Athens and therefore unable to process it. I told her that online banking should be an option and that I wanted to have the refund immediately especially seeing as I had now paid for an alternative hotel. She refused to continue speaking to me and wanted to be put on the phone to the manager, bearing in mind she was screaming at me the entire time and I hadn't raised my voice this was also incredibly unprofessional and rude. The manager told me to come back in 3 days time and I would be given my refund then, I told her I wanted this agreement in writing and she pretended to email both me and my mum several times with the agreement. Neither of us got any of the emails and she told us that our emails must be down. Very convenient. She also said we were no longer entitled to a full refund as had been agreed but that we would have to still pay the *********** fees for some reason. This is a separate issue that I have tried to take up with them and am yet to resolve as their customer service is beyond a joke. I am only giving this hotel one star as I don't have the option to go any lower. I cannot believe that an establishment like this can get away with taking money for bookings they do not honour and then have the audacity to be rud

Beautiful, quaint hotel, spotlessly clean. staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful . Pool area excellent. Fresh towels every day. Food at the pool and restaurant superb and very well priced. Location could not have been better right at the beginning of the promenade and 25 minutes from airport. I had an accident on the promenade and when I got back to the hotel Janus called the ambulance and took care of everything. When I returned to hotel staff could not do enough for me and brought breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions. Will definitely be back.

Picked this hotel because of its location being a brief walk to town and arrived to discover a real treasure!! The hotel is decorated like an idyllic greek oasis and the view to the ocean and the sunset are amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sunset which we made sure not to miss.The pool also overlooks this incredible view. The breakfast selection included some greek specialities as well as a good variety of food.The staff were very friendly especially Angelis who helped with our booking and then gave us many recommendations during our stay. It is a short scenic walk to town and to many good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom had greek apivita body products which I LOVE. This hotel is an ideal base to explore the island and we would highly recommend this hotel.

We came during the off season and were lucky to stay here for the price we paid because the breakfast and the view was the highlight of our trip! John the manager was so friendly and helpful he even helped us with carrying luggage through the steps of Fira town. I would definitely stay here again. The location is superb literally walking distance to everything in town and again the view from the hotel is to die for especially if you want to see the sunset

The location on the edge of the cliff is not easy to find, it is recommended to contact the hotel in advance The volcano has a beautiful view, there are many types of rooms, but the swimming pool is not hot and cold in winter Good breakfast with Greek characteristics The room was not full the next day and I upgraded the room. I enjoyed it very much.

Last month we had the pleasure of staying at the Olia Hotel in Mykonos. This hotel is a hidden gem placed on the Mykonos Port hillside, with Greece’s signature whitewashed architecture. Our room was spectacular, and had a small balcony that overlooked the Aegean Sea. When we arrived in Milos, our son had left his dinosaur stuffed animal at the Olia hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Quickly answering our emails confirming they had the dinosaur. The Olia staff asked where we were traveling next and they had a courier deliver our dinosaur to our hotel in Athens at no charge to us. They made our little boy happy knowing his stuffed animal was going to meet us in Athens. They treated us like gold while we were there and even after we have left. This hotel and staff is truly remarkable and is a must stay on our next visit. Special thanks to the Olia hotel and staff for being so kind and attentive, their special care really made a difference. We picked the Hotel for the convenience of being close to the port, but was overly impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful location and kindness by everyone! They went above and beyond in making our stay wonderful! And for caring for our little boy was priceless! They didn’t have to send the dinosaur to our next location, but they did…. The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

I had 3 days between destinations and I decided to go to Mykonos and booked a stay at the Belvedere. Best decision I made. Their car picked me up from the airport and I got an amazing suite at the hotel with a lovely view. The hotel is impeccable, has a great pool and bar. But the best benefit is dining at the Nobu which in on their property! I enjoyed their special vegetarian menu. The staff is super helpful and takes care of all your needs. I also went to the Six Senses spa and had a wonderful facial. The hotel is close to town but still very quiet. In my hurry to leave the hotel I left some clothes behind. I called the hotel from Paros to see if they could get it to me. To my surprise they put it on the next ferry and had a taxi drive it up to my hotel and delivered it the same day!! That's service. I cant wait to take my family back to the Belvedere!

My wife and I stayed at Mykonos Moussa (4) wonderful nights! We arrived at the Mykonos ferry port at 9:30 PM and were met by the very polite, considerate and helpful owner George for a transfer to our beautiful room. In the morning, we awoke to an awesome view of Agios Ioannis Beach and the island of Delos from our balcony. Shortly afterwards, we sat down to a delicious optional breakfast delivered to our balcony by George. Our room was the best that we stayed in during our (3) week trip to Greece. Spotlessly clean with a Myconian designed exterior and spacious interior. The beach and crystal clear Aegean was just a short walk away and the bus stop was literally across the street from the Mykonos Moussa property. Mykonos Town (Chora) is only a short 1.6 mile bus ride away. This is a perfect location for those wishing to visit the main town and beaches while staying at a quiet distance from the crowd. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thank you George for your kindness and making our Mykonos stay amazing! Scott & Kim

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

Had a lovely 10 nights here no major issues. Staff in hotel have been so friendly with us. Special mention to Voula in the bar Inna in the restaurant and the 2 room maids on second floor so friendly. Food could have been a bit hotter but we always found something to eat didn't go hungry We both loved the Greek dancing Hotel is central to Old Town and New Town only 10mins away. We enjoyed our stay

This hotel is near the sea in the new city of RDOS, because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities are not reduced because there are no tourists, heating is available, the service is super good, the breakfast is super rich, although I saw that I was eating breakfast alone, The hotel has a bus stop to the airport in three minutes, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to the old city. It is very convenient to have a bus to LINDOS for only 6 euros.

The hotel's manager put a qr code on the reception desk for easy access to the whatsapp line, I think it's a very elegant idea. Your breakfast table, which reminds you of the family atmosphere, is ready when you get up in the morning. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep again. In terms of location, right in the heart of Old Town. Downtown, which has a great advantageous location, is also within walking distance. From now on, my house in Rhodes is clear. I always stay at Evdokia every time I visit. I recommend it to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. The greatest experience EVER! First, i have to point out how polite and helpful the staff was. Also, It has literally everything you need nearby like beautiful beaches, mini market, playground area for the kids, bus stop and a lots of restaurant. The prices are very fair and quality and cleanliness are not missing! Towels are changes almost everyday! What we loved the most, was the one-day-trip at the south rhodes we booked at the reception. We had years to experience something like this :)

The room was perfectly renovated with a perfect view but its temperature with the air conditioning at the maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling When I complained they told me it was not a refrigerator ironically in the reception and after it found it Technical not corrected until we left The room was as a supply to the coffee shop but we were paid at the end of the coffee in a 5-star hotel with a price-high price at night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor which we stayed The supermarket of the hotel cost me an extra 10 minutes the cigarette package I bought because it does not give me a card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note General culture of the decade 70-80s which in no way justifies the Category 1

Our stay at Efchi 1904 was a very enjoyable experience. It's location is peaceful but central and walking distance to the wonderful Old Town. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to make us feel extremely well looked after. Our suite, Chamomile was perfect for our stay. It is traditional, bright and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy with homemade jams and bread, a choice of egg dishes, we mostly had omelette followed by Greek yoghurt, locally sourced honey and fruit. The staff had many recommendations for what ever we wanted to go off and explore whether it was restaurants, beaches or traditional places to visit. We were sad to say goodbye to everyone.
