My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. I resided with my family, consisting of two daughters, in a centrally located hotel near a large shopping complex known as Vegas Mall. Visitors have the option to rent an electric scooter for Rs.50 and travel to the mall.

The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport.

It was a very lovely stay! The room was clean, a little bit damp. There was construction sound, but mostly during daytime while we were away. The staff were very helpful, the food was great and service very attentive, too. The location was very convenient, even though there wasn’t much to see in the surroundings. The room was equipped with everything, had complimentary water and other goodies. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar. The food there was delightful as well as the selection of cocktails and mocktails. I really recommend this hotel!

The hotel is literally right next to Janakpuri west metro station. Staff were very forthcoming. Rooms are clean and have a safe, mini fridge and iron. There is a small shopping complex next to the hotel.

The hotel is close to Delhi airport. It suits the need as a commuter hotel very well. The hotel will arrange hotel transfers to/from the airport for 900rs each way. The hotel has a decent gym and pool area. The room was comfortable (once the ac was repaired by maintainence )which happened promptly upon complaining)).

*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Every meal reflected quality and care in preparation.Its prime location in Aerocity, close to the airport, adds significant value, especially for travelers seeking convenience and accessibility. Overall, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity delivers a refined hospitality experience with exceptional service standards. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

We arrived at the Armani Suites by taxi. On arrival staff helped us with our bags and were very welcoming. The staff helped us with directions to places and also ordered us a taxi to the airport for our flight home. The rooms were comfortable and great for a stop off before flying home.

Excellent Hotel! The rooms and facilities are all clean, modern and well designed. The gym is very spacious with all modern machinery as well as cold water and towels it was a pleasure to use. The hotel rooms are very chic, the bed is extremely comfortable and the daily housekeeping keeps you topped up with chai, water and amenities. The food at the hotel is also very good, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice for all, as well as a live station. The room service was also delicious. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, everyone was helpful and polite. The location is right of Connaught place but the hotel itself, surrounded by greenery feels quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.
