Hotels With Spa in County Dublin, Ireland

Point A Hotel, what can I say. Well presented inside and out, the access to bedrooms locked behind a key card, the bar and breakfast area also immaculate. As you enter your bedroom it is well organised and has everything you need. The bed was a firm mattress but that was perfect, a surprised samsung 43” TV was waiting to be watched from the wall. With LED strip lights and mode lights all around the room and a decent air con to go with. The room had a safe but i never needed to use it. The one LED strip light on the curtain track was losing its stick and i had to reattach it everytime the curtains where opened. Speaking of which the arrangement I felt was weird as it typically goes curtain than net curtain from inside looking out, this hotel went net curtain then curtain. Maybe you do get some rooms with a view, i most certainly did not, considering how close it is to the heart of the city and Temple Bar. My window view consisted of an opposite rooms window and exterior build walls and a steep drop down below. If you are looking for a well presented hotel with decent sleep quality, this hotel is for you, if you are on your own this hotel may not be for you, due to its lack of hot meals at breakfast and throughout the day. For a hotel at £180 a night, you could easily get a hotel with a hot food breakfast and evening meals nearby, the price structure like the rest of Dublin is overpriced for what it is, one of the cheaper priced hotels but still not worth the price. The breakfast was ”okay” you had a selection of 2 cheeses, 3 sandwich meats, 3-5 pastry options like pain au chocolat, croissants, scones, sausage rolls and mini bread rolls / baguettes. Was some cereal options too, a choice between orange juice, apple juice and ice water, then your usual hot drinks choice. It was all fresh and well presented, i just wish it had a cooked option too. In terms of location, ignoring the building opposite that was a form whiskey shop. It was great, right around the corner from O'connell Street, where it was incredibly busy, multiple shopping centre esque buildings along each side street, with id say 10 minutes you can be in Temple Bar area on the South Side of the River by foot. With such easy access to trams, buses, taxis near enough on your doorstep, and the far enough away from Temple Bar to not hear it, but close enough to go there was ideal. In quiet traffic from the airport you can make it in 15minutes. So to summarise, it was a good, but overpriced

We had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel on Parnell Street. Though we couldn’t check in a couple of hours early upon our noon arrival, late in the evening when we checked in, we appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter—balloons, chocolates, and wine were a lovely touch. The room was clean and quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The central location is excellent for exploring the area. The hotel’s lobby decorated for Christmas made the place looking festive. We’re hoping to enjoy the breakfast before we check out!

The hotel location is very close to Tram station making the travel within city extremely easy. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Lot of local things to do booklets available for free helping you plan the day outings.

I really enjoyed the stay. The location wasn’t ideal considering the places I wanted to visit in Dublin but the river view as well as the breakfast was very satisfying. Staff experience was excellent as well.

My friends and I were all amazed by this very cosy hostel, with a nice staff, good breakfast, living room, nice showers, parking lot, for a good price. The room is in a former chapel with a beautiful Window. And rumor says a jacuzzi's coming! :)

I stayed at the camden court hotel on the 1st of October are meal the right we stayed was amazing! We made full use of the leisure centre & then went for breakfast we’re we met the duty manger Chloe we were greeted by her as she showed us to a table in the breakfast area and fully explained how the buffet breakfast worked all I have to say is credit is due to this young lady her manners and kindness is out of this world I will definitely return to this property without a doubt the service is just outgoing.

Hotel itself is lovely, great location for shopping and nightlife. We booked three rooms, one had a considerable amount of dust on windowsill, Other than that very clean. The girl on reception at checkout needs to improve her service skill . Very dismissive and did not want to be disturbed. Overall staff were lovely especially the Irish gentleman that served us in bar. The acoustic guitar session was a bonus. .

The hotel is in a good location, 20 minutes drive from the city. The room is a typical old-school British style, the sanitary environment is pretty good, the door is a wooden door, a little bit of soundproofing, the breakfast is an English breakfast, 18 euros is quite cost-effective

3 friends and I from Glasgow stayed at the Dawson for 1 night. We really enjoyed our time here, had a great stay! Staff and other residents were very friendly and accommodating, and the room/beds were lovely and very clean. Location is very central handy for various sites and we would definitely come back again

In such a depressed city, the high price of Dublin hotel is a little incomprehensible. From my travel experience, unless it is a very famous old hotel, the facilities of ordinary hotels that have been renovated for more than three years are generally not ideal. This hotel is a chain brand, the industrial retro style decoration is very new, the public area uses a dark tone, which contrasts with the white floor and furniture in the room. The room area is not small, there are two Marshall speakers that can be connected to Bluetooth mobile phones. Although I stayed in an upgraded version of a fast hotel at the price of a domestic five-star hotel, it is considered good in Dublin.

We had a really great stay here , so close to the airport and the restaraunt food and cocktails were really great. The front counter service was awesome.

We had our wedding at Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links in early October. It was an amazing experience. The venue was elegant and set indoor, with a beach directly outside. The ceremony was held at the hotel as well as the dinner and reception, which lasted well into the night. On Day Two, an excellent barbecue was prepared for the guests that were still there. The entire staff, including Holly, at the front desk, David, at the bar, and Connor, the wedding coordinator, were outstanding. Connor, in particular made sure we were well looked after the entire time, and was extremely helpful in coordinating the entire process. On top of that, the weather happened to be outstanding that day. I’d highly recommend Portmarnock Hotel for a hotel stay and as an ideal wedding venue.
