The hotel was also close to the botanical garden, shopping, I think it's worth the benefit.

Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

This hotel is located close to the entrance of iguazu falls and the airport. This makes it a great place to stay if you're visiting. Pros: They have a tourist information service right next to the check in, making it really easy to book/query for information about things in the local area. Average: Breakfast with a good range of items, nothing particularly special if you've stayed in other Brazilian hotels. Cons: The rooms are not very clean and have mosquitos

My stay at Mirante Hotel was nothing short of amazing, and I must express my deepest gratitude to the remarkable staff – Taty, Gabriel, and Carol. On this rather gloomy, rainy, stormy day, my friend and I were desperate for McDonald's. Our food delivery apps were failing us in Brazil but these three angels emerged. Their kindness and thoughtfulness in helping us order McDonald's really impressed me. Their customer care and service was 10/10. Honestly, while this sounds dramatic, their kindness was a shining beacon of hope on that stormy day. Taty, Gabriel, and Carol, you deserve a stunning 5-star review. Thank you so much!

The hotel was perfect, especially from Caio, the most educated, performing, friendly, efficient receptionist I've ever known. All hotel structure is excellent and breakfast is delicious, quite varied.

Nos encantó el hotel. Muy bien ubicado y la atención excelente. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, al igual que el baño. El desayuno estaba bien. La pileta aunque es un poco chica es agradable y hay un hidromasaje. La atención del bar en la pileta es excelente. Hay estacionamiento para el auto justo enfrente del hotel. El precio era también muy bueno. Muy conformes.

My experience was not pleasant. Starting at the reception, I wasn't treated badly, but I didn't feel comfortable with communication, a feeling of not being welcomed by the hotel. Continuing at the reception, I didn't like the key system for the rooms, it's something old, and for those it doesn't have any security, being very easy for someone who has experience in opening locks. At reception, if you say that it is room 21b or 23a, they don't even provide identification, they give you the key right away. The super tasty breakfast, but needs to add identification in English, calorie description and for products containing gluten or lactose be informed at the counter. The room is simple and well organized, but leaves much to be desired with the air conditioning that drips in the early hours of the morning, a shower that does not maintain the temperature and, as I said before, the door has a key lock.

Regarding the service at reception, maids and at breakfast, excellent, everyone was helpful and very polite. The breakfast was great, just the right amount, without exaggeration but without missing anything and the replacement happened quickly. The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to everything, on a busy street but without noise that could disturb your sleep. Regarding the accommodation, very simple, it would be worth a renovation. But the daily rate is OK.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

Hotel com boa localização Quarto simples, cama até que confortável, Café da manhã razoável A maior decepção é referente o chuveiro Na primeira noite da hospedagem não tinha água quente no chuveiro, a recepção informou que estava assim.pois tinha muita gente no hotel ( não faz sentido a resposta) No outro dia antes do café tinha água quente, que do nada ficava fria. No segundo dia Trabalhei do dia inteiro, e quando chego no hotel nada de água quente para tomar banho, e para ajudar a temperatura da cidade estava 9 graus, liguei na recepção e a desculpa foi que a água quente só a partir da meia noite, Enfim não recomendo.

2 nights at this hotel. The reception staff was very welcoming, especially Renato who was very smiley and attentive. The rooms are spacious, with large and comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and the hotel is kept very clean, including breakfast hall, outdoor pool and indoor pool areas. Breakfast food is average and could be better.

Dinner was good and the waiters Junior, Ilam and Eli were really professional and served us really well. Hotel facilities are good. Spacious swimming pool and bar. Perfect place to relax after a day at Iguazu falls. Overall we had a really good experienced and recommend Carina hotel!

Our stay at the Interludium, was very brief but we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Interludium is located very close to the Iguazu airport, so when we arrived from our late night flight it was a relief that we were checked in and in our rooms very quickly. We made the shuttle pick arrangements with the hotel and it was flexible with the late night pick-up, we didn't have to rely on a taxi. The staff in the hotel are very nice and, although they don't speak very much English, they were able to answer some of our questions very professionally. The hotel has a great ambiance with a connection to the countryside that it's in. Being there during the ”low-season” of tourism, it was quiet and tranquil. Their breakfast options were simple and very tasty. Brazilian breakfast is not continental but a very consistent scrambled egg, hot-dog like sausage in a red sauce (not spicy), or a chopped kielbasa sausage… anyway discover it for yourself, the options are tasty and filling. We booked a double queen bedroom, and although each room is not super spacious, we were able to move around pretty well. The beds are sturdy and comfortable and we were able to get rest between our tours. 

The hotel is well clean, organized and has a very good location inside the shopping area Catuaï. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and have good benefits, with smart TV with Netflix and youtube. Breakfast is good, but leaves a little to desire compared to other hotels in the city

The environment is good, the big bed room, the room is oversized and very clean. Choose this near the airport. The price is very affordable. I have set it for 2 consecutive nights. It takes 340. On the third day, it takes 247. It is very affordable. Close to the airport, there is shopping mall next to it, but the taxi is very expensive. In the morning, the hotel helps to call the car, less than 3 kilometers away from 50 reais. Come back from the airport at night, the taxi will hit the table 33.3 reais. Very expensive.

The check-in service was delayed and confused. Another friends couple who was with us had their room freed for one while he was still there and worse, the ”new” guests entered while he was in the bathroom.

Sem dúvida esse hotel foi a pior experiência em hospedagem da minha vida! Tinha uma reserva para o período entre os dias 18/09 e 23/09, e que foi feita pela empresa em que trabalho. Cheguei ao hotel a 1h da manhã do dia 19/09, e fui informada de que a minha reserva constava no sistema do hotel, entretanto não havia quarto disponível para mim. Que o único quarto disponível não estava limpo, e que como “solução” eles poderiam me ajudar a trocar a roupa de cama para que eu pudesse dormir, e resolver a situação no dia seguinte. Além da administração do hotel não fazer o trabalho adequadamente, garantindo as reservas que foram feitas, os funcionários da recepção ainda queriam me sujeitar a aceitar ficar num quarto que não tinha sido devidamente higienizado e que eu ainda trabalhasse para o hotel ajudando a trocar a roupa de cama! Depois dessa, hotel Ibis nunca mais!!

Hotel very well located, with bakery, restaurant, pharmacy and hortifruti at the door of the hotel. The room was excellent, the room was clean and smellful, bed and bathroom was perfect, TV works perfectly, even with sign-up channels like Warner and Discovery. I even recommend those who come with the family.

Adorei o Hotel, atendimento cordial, café da manhã completo, estacionamento não é apertado e de fácil acesso, os quartos são grandes, e a cama confortável, só o ar condicionado que não estava gelando muito, acho que precisa de uma limpeza, o banheiro é bem pequeno, mas não foi um problema, com certeza voltarei !
